Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik do produktów kosmetycznych zwlaszcza zelu wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, wyposazonego w zamykajaca go od góry zakretke, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i fotografiach, na których: fig. 1 - przedstawia fotografie pojemnika w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku jednego z boków, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu, fig. 5 - rysunek tego samego pojemnika w widoku z perspektywicznym, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku jednego z boków, fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry i fig. 8 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do 8, moze miec zastosowanie do przechowywania srodków kosmetycznych, wzglednie produktów chemii gospodarczej, odzywek, szamponów, oraz detergentów w postaci plynnej, a zwlaszcza w postaci zelu.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Pojemnik ma postac zbiornika, wyposazonego od góry w szeroki otwór z gwintem do osadzania na nim nasadki wzglednie zakretki. Zbiornik pojemnika wedlug wzoru ma w widoku z boku postac trapezu o dolnej, szerszej podstawie, przy czym podstawa ma ksztalt kwadratu o scietych wierzcholkach i lekko wypuklych sciankach bocznych. Scianki boczne przy podstawie pojemnika stykaja sie ze soba krawedziami, natomiast im wyzej tym bardziej linie tych krawedzi zanikaja tak, ze u góry scianki boczne tworza walec i w widoku z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt okregu. Zakretka pojemnika ma w widoku z góry ksztalt okregu natomiast w przekroju poprzecznym - ksztalt trapezu. Zbiornik pojemnika lekko zweza sie ku górze, tak ze w widoku z góry ma ksztalt okregu, którego srednica pokrywa sie ze srednica osadzonej na nim zakretki. Pojemnik wedlug wzoru jest korzystnie wykonany z tworzywa sztucznego, przy czym zbiornik jest w kolorze jasnym, natomiast nasadka w kolorze ciemniejszym.Fig.1 Fig.2Fig.3 Fig.4 PLThe subject of the industrial design is a container for cosmetic products, particularly gels, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, equipped with a top-closing cap, reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows a photograph of the container in a perspective view, Fig. 2 shows the same container in a side view, Fig. 3 shows the same container in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the same container in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows a drawing of the same container in a perspective view, Fig. 6 shows the same container in a side view, Fig. 7 shows the same container in a top view, and Fig. 8 shows the same container in a bottom view. The container shown in Figures 1 to 8 can be used to store cosmetics, household chemicals, conditioners, shampoos, and detergents in liquid form, particularly in gel form. Essential features of the industrial design: The container is in the form of a tank, equipped with a wide threaded opening at the top for mounting a cap or lid. According to the design, the container tank, when viewed from the side, has a trapezoidal shape with a lower, wider base, the base being square-shaped with truncated tops and slightly convex side walls. The side walls at the base of the container meet at their edges, but the higher the container is, the more the lines of these edges disappear, so that at the top the side walls form a cylinder, and in the top view the container has a circular shape. The container cap is circular in top view and trapezoidal in cross-section. The container reservoir tapers slightly upward, so that in top view it has a circular shape, the diameter of which coincides with the diameter of the cap mounted on it.
