Pierwszenstwo od dnia 14 listopada 2001 r., nr 401 10 081.2 (Niemcy) Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku i fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu lub z tylu, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z jednego z boków, fig. 4 - ten sampojemnik w widoku z przodu lub z tylu, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 6, moze byc stosowany zarówno jako pojemnik do kleju, w którym klej ma postac paleczki, jak i do celów kosmetycznych, jako pojemnik do przechowywania i uzywania produktów kosmetycznych o stalej konsystencji, na przyklad dezodorantów w sztyfcie lub wosków. Pojemnik sklada sie z: wlasciwego pojemnika, zaopatrzonego w dolnej czesci w okragle pokretlo, stanowiace jednoczesnie podstawe pojemnika, oraz z nasadzanej pokrywki. Pokretlo jest polaczone z nie uwidoczniona na zalaczonych rysunkach - stanowiaca z nim jedna calosc - sruba o dosc duzym skoku gwintu. Wewnatrz wlasciwego pojemnika jest osadzony wklad, zaopatrzony w nakretke, nakrecona na srube. Obrót pokretla powoduje wysuwanie sie wkladu przez górny otwór pojemnika. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wlasciwy pojemnik ma ksztalt nieznacznie zwezajacego sie w kierunku pokretla walca, natomiast pokrywka ma ksztalt kopuly, zaopatrzonej w górnej czesci na calym swym obwodzie w poprzeczne plytkie wyciecie. W widoku z góry pojemnik ma ksztalt okragly, natomiast w widoku z dolu okragly, lecz o pofalowanym obrysie. Priority since 14 November 2001, No. 401 10 081.2 (Germany) Container The subject of the industrial design is a container, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, manifested in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and photographs, in which fig. 1 shows the container in a front or back view, fig. 2 shows the same container in a perspective view, fig. 3 shows the same container in a side view, fig. 4 shows the same container in a front or back view, fig. 5 shows the same container in a top view, and fig. 6 shows the same container in a bottom view. The container shown in Figures 1 to 6 can be used both as a glue container, where the glue is in the form of a stick, and for cosmetic purposes, as a container for storing and using solid cosmetic products, such as stick deodorants or waxes. The container consists of: the container itself, fitted with a round knob at the bottom, which also serves as the container's base, and a snap-on lid. The knob is connected to a screw with a relatively large thread pitch (not shown in the attached drawings). Inside the container itself is a cartridge, fitted with a nut screwed onto the screw. Turning the knob causes the cartridge to slide out through the container's upper opening. Essential features of the industrial design. The container itself is shaped like a cylinder that tapers slightly towards the knob, while the lid is dome-shaped, with a shallow transverse cutout along its entire circumference in the upper part. Viewed from above, the container is circular, while viewed from below, it is circular but with a wavy outline. The knob is trapezoidal, with triangular knurling on its lateral surface.
