Abstract

The present invention relates to a cosmetic container for containing stick-shaped cosmetics, and more particularly, to a cosmetic container characterized by comprising: a knob arranged at the lower part of the container; a rotation frame coupled with the knob and rotated by rotation of the knob, wherein the rotation frame has at least one protrusion on an inner surface; a lifting disc which is provided with a spiral rod with a spiral groove formed on the outer diameter and a disc connected to the upper part of the spiral rod and can be provided with cosmetics; and a container body accommodating the knob, the rotating frame, and the lifting plate, wherein the lifting plate is lifted or lowered by the protrusion and the screw rod when the rotating frame is rotated.

Background

A general cosmetic container contains cosmetics in a liquid state, a gel state, a solid state, and the like. In order to achieve the above object, the cosmetic container for containing stick-type cosmetics according to the present invention includes a knob provided at a lower portion of the container; a rotation frame coupled with the knob and rotated by rotation of the knob, wherein the rotation frame has at least one protrusion on an inner surface thereof; a lifting disc which is provided with a spiral rod with a spiral groove formed on the outer diameter and a disc connected to the upper part of the spiral rod and can be provided with cosmetics; and a container body accommodating the knob, the rotating frame, and the lifting plate, wherein the lifting plate is lifted or lowered by the protrusion and the screw rod when the rotating frame is rotated.

Advantageous effects

According to the cosmetic container of the present invention, the rod-shaped cosmetic can be lifted up and down by the rotation of the rotary handle regardless of the shape of the cosmetic container, and the rod-shaped cosmetic can be lifted up and down with a small force even if the cosmetic container is large.

Detailed Description

In order to achieve the object, a cosmetic container for containing stick-shaped cosmetics according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: a knob disposed at a lower portion of the container; a rotation frame coupled with the knob and rotated by rotation of the knob, wherein the rotation frame has at least one protrusion on an inner surface thereof; a lifting disc having a screw rod formed with a spiral groove on an outer diameter thereof and a disc connected to an upper portion of the screw rod and capable of accommodating the cosmetic; and a container body accommodating the knob, the rotating frame, and the lifting plate, wherein the lifting plate is raised or lowered by the protrusion and the screw rod when the rotating frame is rotated.

According to an embodiment, the cosmetic container may further include: a cap coupled with an upper portion of the container body; and a top cover covering an upper portion of the container body and an upper portion of the cover.

According to another embodiment, the cross-section of the container body may comprise an asymmetric curve.

Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating an overall shape of a cosmetic container 100 according to an embodiment. Referring to fig. 1, the cosmetic container 100 may include a knob 110, a container body 140, and an upper cap 160. Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a state in which the top cap 160 of the cosmetic container 100 is coupled with the container body 140. Referring to fig. 1, the knob 110 may be located at the lower center of the container body 140 of the cosmetic container 100. The cosmetics in the cosmetic container 100 may be raised and drawn out, or may be lowered and drawn in, according to the forward and reverse rotations of the knob 110. The respective components of the cosmetic container 100 will be described with reference to fig. 2 and 3.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the cosmetic container 100 may include a knob 110, a rotating frame 120, a lifting plate 130, a container body 140, a cover 150, and an upper cover 160. The knob 110 may be provided at a lower portion of the cosmetic container 100. The rotating frame 120 has a cylindrical shape, the upper and middle portions thereof have a cylindrical shape, and the lower portion thereof has a cylindrical shape having a diameter larger than the upper and middle portions. The lower portion of the rotating frame 120 is a portion connected to the knob 110. The upper end of the lower portion of the rotating frame 120 may include a protrusion for fixing the knob 110. The rotary frame 120 may include a recess and a projection on an outer surface of a lower portion thereof, which are generated to couple and fix the knob 110. The knob 110 may include at least two protrusions to be fixed to the rotating frame 120. The knob 110 may be coupled to and fixed to the rotating frame 120 in a form of surrounding the outer surface of the rotating frame 120. At this time, the knob 110 may be located at a portion of the lower center of the container body 140. In addition, the exterior of the knob 110 may be a cylindrical shape without an upper end surface. In other words, the lower end surface of the knob 110 may be circular. At least one protrusion-shaped structure may be formed at an upper portion of the plate 134 to stably fix the cosmetics. For example, the solid type cosmetic may be coupled and fixed to the protrusion-shaped structure of the tray 134. In other words, since the solid cosmetic is bonded to the structure having the protrusion shape, the solid cosmetic does not fall off from the cosmetic container 100 even if the hardness of the solid cosmetic is low. Examples of the solid type cosmetic may include a sunscreen stick. Thus, as the lifting tray 130 is raised or lowered, the sunscreen sticks coupled with the protrusion-shaped structures of the tray 134 may be raised or lowered. When the rotating frame 120 is rotated, the protrusion 125 may move along the spiral groove of the spiral rod 132, so that the lifting tray 130 may be raised or lowered. The container body 140 may house the knob 110, the rotating frame 120, and the lifting plate 130. The cap 150 may be coupled with an upper portion of the container body 140. Without the cap 150, the top cap 160 and the container body 140 may also become loose and easily separated after coupling. However, the coupling force between the top cap 160 and the container body 140 may be further improved by the coupling structure on the side surface of the cover 150. In addition, the cosmetics contained in the cosmetic container 100 may be prevented from being contaminated by the cap 150 coming into direct contact with the top cap 160. It can be seen that the shape of the top cap 160 is also a curved shape made of two curved lines having different lengths, like the overall shape of the cosmetic container 100. Referring to fig. 5, which is a schematic view looking up the cosmetic container 100 from below, it can be seen that the knob 110 is coupled with the container body 140 at the center of the lower end portion of the cosmetic container 100. The knob 110 may be configured to protrude more than the surface of the container body 140 so that a user may rotate the knob 110 clockwise or counterclockwise. Referring to fig. 6, which is a schematic view of the cosmetic container 100 viewed from the side, and illustrates the cosmetic container 100 in a state where the container body 140 is coupled with the top cap 160 and a state where the knob 110 is coupled to the lower end portion of the container body 140. Referring to fig. 6, as shown in fig. 5, the knob 110 is configured to protrude more than the container body 140 to make it easy for a user to grasp. In addition, the top cap 160 and the side surface of the container body 140 may be curved and configured to be easily grasped by a user.

The sunscreen stick having the same shape, which is contained in the cosmetic container having the shape as described above, may coat the sunscreen stick to the skin along a portion of a curve, so that it may be more closely applied to the skin than a sunscreen stick having a rectangular cross-section. For example, the surfaces of the legs and arms are curved, and when a sunscreen stick having a rectangular cross section is used for coating, the contact area between the sunscreen stick and the skin may be limited. However, when the sunproof stick installed in the cosmetic container according to an embodiment is used, the sunproof stick can be closely contacted along the curved surfaces of the arms and legs, and has an effect of being more easily coated than a sunproof stick having a rectangular-quadrangular cross section.

Industrial applicability

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a cosmetic container for containing stick-shaped cosmetics. In addition, embodiments of the present invention may be applied to commercially available portable cosmetic containers.

Claims

1. A cosmetic container for containing a stick-type cosmetic, characterized by comprising:

a knob provided at a lower portion of the cosmetic container;

a rotation frame coupled with the knob and rotated by rotation of the knob, wherein at least one protrusion is provided on an inner surface of the rotation frame;

a lifting plate having a screw rod and a plate, wherein a spiral groove is formed on an outer diameter of the screw rod, and the plate is connected with an upper portion of the screw rod and can be provided with the cosmetic; and

a container body accommodating the knob, the rotating frame, and the lifting plate,

wherein the lifting disk is raised or lowered by the protrusion and the screw bar while the rotating frame rotates.

2. The cosmetic container according to claim 1,

the cosmetic container further includes:

a cap coupled with an upper portion of the container body; and

a top cover covering an upper portion of the container body and an upper portion of the cover.

3. The cosmetic container of claim 1, wherein the cross-section of the container body comprises an asymmetric curve.
