BUTELKA Z NASADKA Prawo z rejestracji trwa od dnia : 21 stycznia 2000 roku Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka z nasadka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania i dozowania kosmetyków plynnych lub majacych postac zeli zwlaszcza plynów i zeli do kapieli i/lub pod prysznic. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac butelki z nasadka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.2 widok butelki z boku, fig.3 widok butelki z góry a fig. 4 widok butelki z dolu. Butelka z nasadka posiadajaca korpus w postaci plaskiego pojemnika o podstawie prostokata o wypuklych dluzszych bokach, zamkniety od góry nasadka usytuowana w osi butelki, zaopatrzona w ruchoma przykrywke, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w widoku z przodu korpus od podstawy do okolo V wysokosci ma ksztalt prostokatny a powyzej wysokosci przechodzi stopniowo w ksztalt owalny. W widoku z boku korpus ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata z wklesnietymi pionowymi krawedziami. Najwiekszy poziomy wymiar scianki przedniej korpusu usytuowany na okolo 2/3 wysokosci butelki jest w przyblizeniu 4 razy wiekszy od najwiekszego poziomego wymiaru scianki bocznej usytuowanego przy podstawie butelki. Nasadka butelki ma postac czaszy splaszczonej i scietej od góry w ten sposób, ze w widoku z przodu boczne krawedzie nasadki oraz boczne krawedzie korpusu usytuowane na Vi jego wysokosci tworza jednolity owalnyzarys zakonczony od góry pozioma krawedzia wypustki zamykajacej nasadke od góry. W widoku z góry nasadka ma ksztalt splaszczonego owalu a wypustka ma ksztalt eliptyczny, przy czym najwiekszy wymiar eliptycznej wypustki jest okolo dwa razy mniejszy od najwiekszego wymiaru nasadki , a powierzchnia wypustki jest lekko wklesnieta do wnetrza butelki. Dno butelki od strony zewnetrznej posiada wklesniecie o zarysie owalu z trójkatnymi wcieciami na krótszych bokach. Butelka z nasadka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego moze byc wykonana w dowolnym kolorze lub w dowolnym zestawie kolorów. W korzystnym wariancie butelka wraz z nasadka wykonane sa w jednakowym kolorze kontrastowym w stosunku do koloru eliptycznej wypustki. The subject of the ornamental design is a bottle with a cap made of plastic and intended for packaging and dispensing liquid or gel cosmetics, particularly bath and/or shower lotions and gels. The essence of the ornamental design is the new form of the bottle with a cap, manifested in its shape. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the top, and Fig. 4 shows the bottle from the bottom. A bottle with a cap, having a body in the form of a flat container with a rectangular base and convex longer sides, closed at the top by a cap positioned along the bottle axis and fitted with a movable lid, is characterized in that in a front view, the body has a rectangular shape from the base to approximately V height, gradually transitioning to an oval shape above that height. In a side view, the body has a shape close to a rectangle with concave vertical edges. The largest horizontal dimension of the body's front wall, located at approximately 2/3 of the bottle's height, is approximately four times greater than the largest horizontal dimension of the side wall located at the bottle's base. The bottle cap is a flattened bowl, truncated at the top so that, in a front view, the side edges of the cap and the side edges of the body, positioned at 1/2 of its height, form a uniform oval outline, topped by the horizontal edge of the projection that closes the cap from above. In a top view, the cap has a flattened oval shape, and the projection is elliptical, with the largest dimension of the elliptical projection being approximately half the largest dimension of the cap, and the projection's surface is slightly concave into the bottle's interior. The bottom of the bottle on the outside has an oval-shaped concavity with triangular indentations on the shorter sides. The bottle with the cap, following the decorative pattern, can be made in any color or combination of colors. In the preferred variant, the bottle and cap are made in the same color contrasting with the color of the elliptical projection.
