Konewka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest konewka do podlewania roslin, zwlaszcza roslin doniczkowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac konewki, przejawiajaca sie jej nowa estetyczna forma, jak równiez ukladem zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono konewke w widoku z boku, a na fig. 2 - przedstawiono konewke w widoku z góry. Jak pokazano na rysunku konewka ma w widoku z boku ma wygieta ku górze, waska czesc wylewowa uksztaltowana podobnie jak wyoblony korpus na ksztalt traby slonia. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the watering can, manifested by its new aesthetic form as well as the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the watering can from a side view, and Fig. 2 shows the watering can from a top view. As shown in the drawing, the watering can, from a side view, has an upwardly curved, narrow spout shaped like a rounded body resembling an elephant's trunk. The lower, arch-shaped edge of the spout extends from the semi-circular end of the spout towards the bottom, while the upper part of the rounded body has an arch-shaped handle, forming with the body an enclosed space in the shape of an extended letter V. The essential features of the industrial design of the watering can, in a side view, have an upwardly curved, narrow spout shaped similarly to the body shaped like an elephant's trunk. The lower, arc-shaped edge of the pouring part runs from the semi-circular end of the pouring part towards the bottom, while the upper part of the rounded body has an arc-shaped handle, forming with the body a closed space in the shape of a stretched letter "V", as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2.
