Okap nadkuchenny Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 28 stycznia 1999r.. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest okap nadkuchenny. Istota wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac okapu nadkuchennego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunkach. Ido fig.4 okap nadkuchenny ma korpus, którego sciana tylna prostopadla jest do podstawy, a na górze ,którego jest prostopadloscian, ma ksztalt zblizony do ostroslupa scietego, przy czym powierzchnie dwóch scian bocznych i powierzchnia sciany czolowej znajdujaca sie naprzeciw sciany tylnej sa od krawedzi prostopadloscianu plaskie, a od dolu na jednej wysokosci wypukle, natomiast w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduja sie sciany wypukle na calej powierzchni. Wedlug fig. 5 do fig. 8 okap nadkuchenny ma korpus zblizony ksztaltem do ostroslupa scietego i na górze prostopadloscian, przy czym powierzchnie scian bocznych i powierzchnia sciany czolowej znajdujaca sie naprzeciw sciany tylnej sa od krawedzi prostopadloscianu plaskie, a od dolu na jednej wysokosci wypukle, natomiast w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduje sie sciana majaca ksztalt zblizony do dwóch scian ostroslupa w czesci górnej a u dolu do jednej sciany ostroslupa, przy czym wszystkie one sa wypukle na calej swojej powierzchni. Odmiana okapu nadkuchennego wedlug fig.9 do fig. 16 ma korpus o ksztalcie zblizonym do ostroslupa scietego i na górze prostopadloscian, przy czym powierzchnie scian bocznych i powierzchnia sciany czolowej znajdujaca sie naprzeciw sciany tylnej sa od krawedzi prostopadloscianu plaskie, a od dolu na jednej wysokosci wypukle, natomiast w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduja sie sciany zblizone do ksztaltu dwóch scian ostroslupa, kazda wypukla na calej powierzchni, natomiast wypuklosci scian ostroslupa tworza zaokraglenia scian bocznych i sciany czolowej, a krawedz rozdzielajaca scian ostroslupa stanowi przedluzenie krawedzi bocznych scian bocznych i sciany czolowej. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 17d o fig.20 korpus ma sciane tylna prostopadla do podstawy, a na górze prostopadloscian i ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch ostroslupów scietych, przy czym sciany ostroslupa scietego górnego maja powierzchnie wklesle, zas ich krawedzie podstawy sa krawedziami powierzchni poziomych w ksztalcie pasów, natomiast ich krawedzie zewnetrzne sa krawedziami dolnego ostroslupa scietego, którego sciany maja u góry powierzchnie plaskie, zas w dolnej czesci na jednej wysokosci sa wypukle, przy czym w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduje sie sciana ostroslupa wypukla na calej powierzchni. W odmianie pokazanej na fig.21 do fig.24korpus ma sciane tylna prostopadla do podstawy, a na górze prostopadloscian i ma ksztalt zblizony do dwóch ostroslupów scietych, przy czym sciany ostroslupa scietego górnego maja powierzchnie wklesle, zas ich krawedzie podstawy sa krawedziami powierzchni poziomych w ksztalcie pasów, natomiast ich krawedzie zewnetrzne sa krawedziami dolnego ostroslupa scietego, którego sciany maja u górypowierzchnie plaskie, zas w dolnej czesci na jednej wysokosci sa wypukle, przy czym w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduja sie sciany majace ksztalt zblizony do dwóch scian ostroslupa scietego w czesci górnej, a u dolu do jednej sciany ostroslupa, przy czym wszystkie one sa wypukle na calej powierzchnia, a krawedz rozdzielajaca scian ostroslupa stanowi przedluzenie krawedzi bocznych scian ostroslupa scietego dolnego . Jak pokazano na fig.25 do fig.32 ma sciane tylna prostopadla do podstawy, a na górze prostopadloscian i ksztalt zblizony do dwóch ostroslupów scietych, przy czym sciany ostroslupa scietego górnego maja powierzchnie wklesle, zas ich krawedzie podstawy sa krawedziami powierzchni poziomych w ksztalcie pasów, natomiast ich krawedzie zewnetrzne sa krawedziami dolnego ostroslupa scietego, którego sciany maja u góry powierzchnie plaskie, zas w dolnej czesci na jednej wysokosci sa wypukle, przy czym w obszarze narozy u dolu pomiedzy sciana czolowa i scianami bocznymi znajduja sie sciany majace ksztalt zblizony do dwóch scian ostroslupa, kazda wypukla na calej powierzchni, a krawedz rozdzielajaca scian ostroslupa stanowi przedluzenie krawedzi bocznych scian ostroslupa scietego dolnego. In accordance with the decorative pattern and as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 4, the kitchen hood has a body whose rear wall is perpendicular to the base, and the top, which is a cuboid, has a shape similar to a truncated pyramid, wherein the surfaces of the two side walls and the surface of the front wall opposite the rear wall are flat from the edge of the cuboid and convex at the bottom at one height, whereas in the area of the corners at the bottom between the front wall and the side walls there are convex walls over the entire surface. According to Fig. 5 to Fig. 8, the kitchen hood has a body similar in shape to a truncated pyramid and a cuboid at the top, wherein the surfaces of the side walls and the surface of the front wall opposite the rear wall are flat from the edge of the cuboid and convex at the bottom at one height, whereas in the area of the corners at the bottom, between the front wall and the side walls, there is a wall having a shape similar to two pyramidal walls in the upper part and to one pyramidal wall at the bottom, wherein all of them are convex over their entire surface. The version of the kitchen hood according to Fig. 9 to Fig. 16 has a body with a shape similar to a truncated pyramid and a cuboid at the top, wherein the surfaces of the side walls and the surface of the front wall opposite the rear wall are flat from the edge of the cuboid and convex at the bottom at one height, whereas in the area of the corners at the bottom between the front wall and the side walls there are walls similar to the shape of two pyramidal walls, each convex over the entire surface, while the convexities of the pyramidal walls form the roundings of the side walls and the front wall, and the separating edge of the pyramidal walls is an extension of the side edges of the side walls and the front wall. As shown in Fig. 17d and Fig. 20, the body has a rear wall perpendicular to the base, and a cuboid at the top, and has a shape similar to two truncated pyramids, wherein the walls of the upper truncated pyramid have concave surfaces, and their base edges are the edges of horizontal surfaces in the form of strips, while their outer edges are the edges of the lower truncated pyramid, the walls of which have flat surfaces at the top, and are convex at one height in the lower part, and in the area of the corners at the bottom, between the front wall and the side walls, there is a pyramid wall convex over the entire surface. In the variant shown in Fig. 21 to Fig. 24, the body has a rear wall perpendicular to the base, and a cuboid at the top and has a shape similar to two truncated pyramids, wherein the walls of the upper truncated pyramid have concave surfaces, and their base edges are the edges of horizontal surfaces in the form of strips, while their outer edges are the edges of the lower truncated pyramid, the walls of which have flat surfaces at the top and are convex at one height in the lower part, and in the area of the corners at the bottom, between the front wall and the side walls, there are walls having a shape similar to two walls of a truncated pyramid in the upper part, and at the bottom to one wall of the pyramid, all of them being convex over the entire surface, and the separating edge of the pyramid wall is an extension of the edges of the side walls of the lower truncated pyramid.
