Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztalcie poj emnika. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z boku, fig.2- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, z góry i z dru- giego boku, fig.3- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z boku, a fig.4- pojemnik w widoku perspektywicznym z tylu, z dolu i z drugiego boku.Pojemnik wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, posiada naste- pujace cechy istotne: obejmuje przezroczysta profilowana pól- ke dolna z wywinietym kolnierzem od przodu oraz ryflowana sciana dolna i prostokatna pionowa sciana tylna zachodzaca na boki ksztalami w przyblizeniu trójkatnymi. Przy kazdej trój- katnej scianie bocznej pojemnika znajduje sie wspornik, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l do 4. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape of the container. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the container in perspective views from the front, top, and side, Fig. 2 - the container in perspective views from the front, top, and other side, Fig. 3 - the container in perspective views from the back, bottom, and side, and Fig. 4 - the container in perspective views from the back, bottom, and other side. The container according to the industrial design has the following essential features: it comprises a transparent, profiled bottom shelf with a turned-up collar at the front, a grooved bottom wall, and a rectangular vertical rear wall overlapping the sides with approximately triangular shapes.
