The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, word motif, arrangement of decorative elements, arrangement of lines, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration in its original color version, where Fig. 1 shows a multicolored disc lollipop with the word motif "zero" in its original color version from a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows the same lollipop from the back. The disc lollipop shown in Figures 1 and 2 has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of low height, on both of its front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed, except for the word "zero", which on the other opposite front surface is a mirror image of the word "zero". This lollipop consists of: an external annular element made of adjacent white and yellow elements of irregular shapes on its circumference, surrounded on both front surfaces by a broken blue line in the recesses of which there are white elements similar to ovals of irregular shapes, which in turn are surrounded on the inside by another broken line in red with an inner white field of the same profile, on which there is an arc-shaped inscription "zero" in capital red letters. On the opposite circular front of the lollipop, on the above-mentioned white field, there is an inscription that is a mirror image of the inscription "zero". The lollipop shown in fig. 1-2 is provided with a stick embedded in the side surface of the disc and opposite the word motif. Essential features of the industrial design The multi-coloured disc lollipop with a word motif, made of caramel mass shown in fig. 1-2 is characterised by the following: - it has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed, except for the word "zero", which on the other opposite front surface is a mirror image of the word "zero", the lollipop being: an external annular element made of adjacent white and yellow elements of irregular shapes on its circumference, surrounded on both front surfaces by a broken blue line in the recesses of which there are white elements similar to ovals of irregular shapes, which in turn are surrounded on the inside another broken line in red with an inner white field of the same profile, on which there is an arc-shaped inscription "zero" in capital red letters, while on the opposite circular front of the lollipop, on the above-mentioned white field, there is an inscription that is a mirror image of the inscription "zero".
