Na powierzchni sa usytuowane wypukle elementy /F/,cztery w ksztalcie pólkulistym na koncach ramion krzyza, trzy w ksztalcie pólkulistym na pierscieniu, jeden w ksztalcie serca /H/ na skrzyzo- waniu ramion krzyza. Na obwodzie pierscienia jest przymocowany element /J/ do zawieszania przedmiotu na lancuszku. Calosc wykonana jest z metali kolorowych w szczególnosci szlachetnych i/lub kamieni szlachetnych .tworzyw sztucznych. Po polaczeniu osiowo na stale czesci pierwszej/l/ z czescia druga/ll/,tak aby wzajemnie sie pokrywaly uzyskujemy jeden przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego. Powierzchnia na czesci drugiej /II/ od strony zewnetrznej pomiedzy wybrzusze- -niami IGI jest wypelniona napisem w jez. lacinskim : „ROSARIUM VIRGINIS MARIAE' symetrycznie rozmieszczonym nanoszony technika grawerska i wypelniany kontrastowo kolorowo innym materialem. Na stronie wewnetrznej czesci drugiej /II/wygrawerowane sa oznakowania serii literami.Czesc pierwsza /I/ od strony zewnetrznej jest nosnikiem informacji o indywidualnym charakterze i stale napisy/skróty/„BAPT.,1 COMM., COFIRM., MATR. oraz indywidualne dane kazdego wlasciciela przedmiotu w postaci imienia .nazwiska i danymi odpowiadajacymi osobistym datom zgodnym z ww skrótami. Staly napis „MATR. moze byc zastapiony skrótem „ORD" dla osoby duchownej. Na czesci pierwszej /I/ od strony wewnetrznej sa umieszczone stale napisy w ten sposób, ze przez obrót czesci pierwszej/l/ i czesci drugiej/ll/ wokól osi centralnie sa widoczne napisy czterech tajemnic modlitwy rózanca :RADOSNA, SWIATLA,BOLESNA,CHWALEBNA. Ponadto sa umieszczone slowa „TOTUS TUUS" oraz "IOANNES PAULUS PP.II" Na zalaczonej ilustracji w formie rysunków, przedstawiono wzór przemyslowy, na której fig. 1 przedstawia czesc pierwsza w ksztalcie plaskiego kola, na której fig.2 przedstawia widok strony wewnetrznej czesci drugiej w ksztalcie pierscienia, na której fig.3 przedstawia widok strony zewnetrznej czesci drugiej, na której fig.4 przedstawia widok z boku przedmiotu. PL PL PLPERSONAL ROSARY The industrial design is a prayer set for learning and personally praying the rosary. The well-known rosary card is in the shape of a cuboid composed of multiple layers made of various materials, and the obverse and reverse sides depict figures of saints. It is known from the Polish description of industrial design no. 3430 "Rosary Card" in the shape of a cuboid with an obverse on which a rosary is placed in a specific geometric configuration and made of fluorescent material, and on the reverse there is a figure of a Saint or the Pope. The personal rosary set according to the industrial design is essentially in the shape of a circle, composed of two parts connected axially with the possibility of rotation around the connecting axis. The first part (C) is in the shape of a flat, solid circle or with four triangular holes (C) cut out, arranged axially symmetrically. Along a short section of the circle's circumference, approximately 15°, there is an extension (IN) in its plane, with a hemispherical bulge (IB) placed on it, up to 1 mm thick, protruding from the plane of the circle. The second part (I 1) is in the shape of a flat ring around a cross, with its arms touching the ring. Outside the ring, extensions (ID) appear in four places, arranged symmetrically or asymmetrically with respect to the axis of rotation. In the lower extensions of the IDI are small recesses /El/, approximately 1 mm in diameter, with the recesses /E/ interlocking with the bulges of the IGI of the first part during rotation around the axis. On the surface are convex elements /F/: four in a hemispherical shape at the ends of the cross's arms, three in a hemispherical shape on the ring, and one in the shape of a heart /H/ at the intersection of the cross's arms. An element /J/ for hanging the item on a chain is attached to the ring's circumference. The entire piece is made of non-ferrous metals, particularly precious metals and/or precious stones, or plastics. After permanently connecting the first part /l/ axially with the second part /ll/ so that they overlap, a single industrial design object is created. The surface on the second part /II/ on the outside, between the IGI bulges, is filled with an inscription in Latin: "ROSARIUM VIRGINIS MARIAE," symmetrically placed, engraved and filled with a contrasting color from another material. The IGI bulge under the pendant /J/ can also be made of a different material. On the inside of the second part /II/, the series markings are engraved in letters. The first part /I/ on the outside carries individual information and permanent inscriptions/abbreviations: "BAPT.,1 COMM., COFIRM., MATR.," as well as individual data of each owner of the item in the form of a first name, last name, and data corresponding to personal dates consistent with the above abbreviations. The permanent inscription "MATR." may be replaced by the abbreviation "ORD" for a clergyman. On the inside of the first part /I/ there are permanent inscriptions in such a way that by rotating the first part /l/ and the second part /ll/ around an axis, the inscriptions of the four mysteries of the rosary are visible centrally: JOYFUL, LUMINOUS, SORROWFUL, GLORIOUS. Furthermore, the words "TOTUS TUUS" and "IOANNES PAULUS PP.II" are placed. The attached illustration in the form of drawings presents an industrial design, in which Fig. 1 shows the first part in the shape of a flat circle, in which Fig. 2 shows the view of the inside of the second part in the shape of a ring, in which Fig. 3 shows the view of the outside of the second part, in which Fig. 4 shows a side view of the object. To better illustrate the design, the following photographs are provided: Figure 1 shows the item against a black background; Figure 2 shows the item illuminated against a dark navy blue background; and Figure 3 shows the item horizontally, with its shadow reflected against a navy blue background. The essential features of an industrial design that distinguish it from other designs are its new and unique form, composed of original lines, contours, shapes, and colors, as well as its use of non-ferrous metals, particularly precious metals and/or precious stones, and synthetic materials.
