Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac elementu dekoracyjnego przejawiajaca sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, wzajemnym usytuowaniu linii, napisów, zdobien oraz poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Kula ozdobna posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci przezroczystej kuli jednostronnie scietej pod katem w stosunku do plaskiej niewielkiej powierzchni na której stawiana jest kula, z wewnatrz zatopionym owalnym ciemnym elementem korzystnie w kolorze granatowym. Na scietej powierzchni wzoru umieszczone sa napisy i rysunki. Element dekoracyjny w postaci kuli ozdobnej przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 8, na których pokazano przedmiot w widoku z róznych stron. Fig 1, 2, 6 i 7 przedstawia kule w widoku z przodu, zas Fig 3, 4 i 8 przedstawia wzór w widoku z boku. Kula ozdobna posiada cechy istotne w postaci scietej matowej powierzchni (1), na której wokól górnej polowy umieszczony jest napis EUROPA JEST WSRÓD NAS (2), zas pod nim umieszczone gwiazdki (3) na planie okregu, wewnatrz którego umieszczona jest stylizowana sylwetka kobiety (4) z rozpostartymi ramionami, przy czym elementy dekoracyjne umieszczone na tej powierzchni sa przezroczyste. Fig 3, 4 i 8 przedstawiaja cechy istotne wzoru w widoku z boku, gdzie wewnatrz przezroczystej scietej kuli umieszczona jest bryla (5) o ksztalcie wydluzonego owalu, zas dookola bryly (5) znajduja sie kropki (6) w postaci pecherzyków powietrza. Fig 5 przedstawia element dekoracyjny w widoku z tylu, na któiym przedstawiona jest scieta kula z kolorowa bryla (5) wewnatrz i przezroczystymi kropkami (6) dookola niej. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a decorative element, manifesting itself in the surface shape, the mutual arrangement of lines, inscriptions, ornaments, and individual elements constituting the design. The decorative sphere possesses essential features of an industrial design: a transparent sphere, cut at an angle on one side relative to the small, flat surface on which the sphere rests, with an oval dark element embedded inside, preferably navy blue. The beveled surface of the design features inscriptions and drawings. The decorative element in the form of a decorative sphere is shown in the attached drawings, Figures 1-8, which show the object viewed from various angles. Figures 1, 2, 6, and 7 show the sphere from the front, while Figures 3, 4, and 8 show the design from the side. The decorative sphere has significant features in the form of a truncated, matte surface (1), on which the inscription "EUROPA JEST WSRÓD NAS" (2) is placed around the upper half, and below it, stars (3) are placed in a circle, inside which is a stylized silhouette of a woman (4) with outstretched arms, with the decorative elements placed on this surface being transparent. Figs. 3, 4, and 8 show the significant features of the design from a side view, where inside the transparent truncated sphere is a block (5) in the shape of an elongated oval, and around the block (5) are dots (6) in the form of air bubbles.
