Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest widoczny na zalaczonych fotografiach. Fotografia FIG 1 - przedstawia swiece w widoku perspektywicznym, fotografia FIG 2 - widok swiecy z góry, fotografia FIG 3 i 4 - przedstawia widok z boku swiecy RUBIKON. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym uwidocznionym na fotografiach przedstawiono bryle swiecy w formie szescianu 100x100, na którym dwie z czterech scian, naprzemiennie tworza azurowy wzór, zlozony z mniejszych 13 szescianów. Szesciany o wymiarach 20x20 ulozone sa w 5 rzedach w taki sposób, ze poczawszy od dolnej warstwy znajduja sie kolejno na kazdej warstwie na przemian 3, 2, 3,2, 3 szesciany. Kostki szescianów w kazdym nastepnym rzedzie przesuniete sa wzgledem siebie o cala szerokosc kostki szescianu. Sekwencja rzedów powtarza sie pieciokrotnie naprzemiennie, tworzac wrazenie glebi bryly swiecy. Swieca RUBIKON barwiona jest w kolorach: bialy, ecru, wanilia, zólty sloneczny, pomarancz, terakota, karmin, czekolada, róz, fiolet, turkus, wrzos, niebieski, granat, szary, czarny, oliwka, zielen butelkowa, zólto-zielony.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy RUBIKON wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnej formy i ksztaltu do wyrobu produktu swiecacego. Powierzchnia swiecy oraz jej poszczególnych elementów, na które sklada sie calosc wyrobu posiada strukture oszroniona, nadajac formie wyglad i wrazenie swiecy mocnej i jednoczesnie wyrafinowanej oraz unikalnej. PLThe industrial design is for a candle called RUBIKON. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is visible in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows the candle in a perspective view; photograph FIG. 2 shows the candle from above; photographs FIG. 3 and 4 show a side view of the RUBIKON candle. In accordance with the industrial design depicted in the photographs, the candle is presented in the form of a 100x100 cube, with two of the four faces alternatingly creating an openwork pattern composed of 13 smaller cubes. 20x20 cubes are arranged in five rows, starting from the bottom layer, with alternating 3, 2, 3, 2, 3 cubes in each layer. The cubes in each subsequent row are offset from each other by the full width of the cube. This sequence of rows is repeated five times, alternating, creating the impression of depth in the candle's body. The RUBIKON candle is available in the following colors: white, ecru, vanilla, sunflower yellow, orange, terracotta, carmine, chocolate, pink, purple, turquoise, heather, blue, navy blue, gray, black, olive, bottle green, and yellow-green. The essential features of the RUBIKON candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original form and shape in the production of the luminous product. The surface of the candle and its individual components, which comprise the entire product, have a frosted texture, giving the form the appearance and feel of a strong, sophisticated, and unique candle.
