Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce i ornamentyce naniesionej dekoracji, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Wzór przemyslowy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze przedstawia talerz o zarysie kola z naniesiona dekoracja, który jest przeznaczony do podawania róznorodnych pokarmów oraz do celów dekoracyjnych. Integralna czescia dekoracji jest to, ze na srodkowej czesci powierzchni uzytkowej talerza zestawiono ze soba dwie kompozycje dekoracyjne. Jedna z nich stanowi naniesiona na srodku talerza zdobina przedstawiajaca na brazowym tle, skupisko spiralnie skreconych czarnych linii, które otoczone sa nieregularna czarna obwódka.Wzór ten sasiaduje z druga kompozycja, w której wyeksponowano kremowe tlo i naniesione na nie elementy wyobrazajace girlande z granatowymi i niebieskimi czworobokami oraz girlande zestawiona z czarnych i z czarnych o pomaranczowym tle, abstrakcyjnych, czworokatnych petelek. Ta kompozycja równiez jest otoczona ornamentem o wygladzie granatowej i czarnej nieregularnej linii. Natomiast motyw prezentujacy girlande spiralnie skreconych czarnych linii, które otoczone sa nieregularna czarna obwódka przylega do granatowej i czarnej obwódki, która pokryto brzegi talerza. Wszystkie dekoracje wykonane na wzorze przemyslowym naniesiono na kremowe tlo. The industrial design is a plate designed for serving a variety of foods and for decorative purposes. The essential features of the industrial design include a new and original form of the object, manifested in the shape, color, and ornamentation of the applied decoration, suitable for repeated reproduction. The industrial design is presented in a general overview in the attached illustration. A top view of the circular product with applied ornamentation is presented in Fig. 1. Essential features of the industrial design. The industrial design is characterized by the fact that it depicts a circular plate with applied decoration, designed for serving a variety of foods and for decorative purposes. An integral part of the decoration is the juxtaposition of two decorative compositions in the central part of the plate's usable surface. One of them is a decoration applied to the center of the plate, depicting a cluster of spirally twisted black lines on a brown background, surrounded by an irregular black border. This design is adjacent to a second composition, which highlights a cream background and elements applied to it, representing a garland of navy blue and blue quadrangles, as well as a garland of black and black abstract quadrangular loops on an orange background. This composition is also surrounded by an ornament with the appearance of navy blue and black irregular lines. Meanwhile, the motif presenting a garland of spirally twisted black lines, surrounded by an irregular black border, adjoins the navy blue and black border covering the edges of the plate.
