Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób swiecacy-swieca w ksztalcie wieloscianu, o nazwie PARAMETRIA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie powierzchni i barwie oraz w charakterystycznym ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Potrójnie pietrowo, gdzie pojedyncze bryly stykaja sie dwoma scianami, tworzac z góry widok kwiatu lub rozgwiazdy. Model ten jest dwa razy wyzszy od pozostalych, co daje dwa pietra polaczonych trzech modulów. Poczwórnie, gdzie dwie z czterech bryl lacza sie ze soba trzema scianami z pozostalymi dwoma brylami, tworzac z góry widok wieloscianu. Swieca PARAMETRIA barwiona jest w kolorach: bialy, ecru, wanilia, zólty sloneczny, pomaranczowy, terakota, karmin, czekolada, róz, fiolet, turkus, wrzos, niebieski, granat, szary, czarny, oliwka, zielen butelkowa, zólto-zielony. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy PARAMETRIA wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu i formy do wyrobu produktu swiecacego. Struktura powierzchni swiecy jest oszroniona, a dzieki charakterystycznym ksztaltom oraz indywidualnym zestawieniom wyróznia sie oryginalnoscia i prosta, estetyczna forma. PLThe industrial design is for a polyhedron-shaped luminous product called the PARAMETRIA candle. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in its surface arrangement, color, and distinctive shape. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Following the industrial design depicted in the photograph, the candle is presented in the shape of a polyhedron with a regular hexagonal base, in various combinations and arrangements of individual shapes. Thus, the PARAMETRIA candle is available as a single model; as a triple model, where individual cube backs are arranged side by side, connecting at each face, creating a sequence of shapes; and as a triple-decker model, where individual shapes touch at two faces, creating a top-down view of a flower or starfish. This model is twice as tall as the others, providing two stories of three connected modules. Quadruple, where two of the four shapes connect with the remaining two shapes by three faces, creating a polyhedron view from above. The final set consists of six candle shapes connected so that when viewed from above, we see three shapes connected, then two, and finally one—the whole creating a view mounted on a base resembling a triangle composed of polygons. The candle variants discussed are shown in the attached photos. The PARAMETRIA candle is available in the following colors: white, ecru, vanilla, sunflower yellow, orange, terracotta, carmine, chocolate, pink, purple, turquoise, heather, blue, navy blue, gray, black, olive green, bottle green, and yellow-green. The essential features of the PARAMETRIA candle's industrial design stem from its unique shape and form. The candle's frosted surface structure, combined with its distinctive shapes and individual compositions, makes it unique, yet simple and aesthetically pleasing.
