Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest lizak wielobarwny w ksztalcie bransolety. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. ` przedstawia lizak wielobarwny w widoku z góry w kolorze czarno-bialym, a fig. 2 - fotografie lizaka pokazanego na fig. 1 w kolorze bialo-czerwono-zielonym. Lizak wielobarwny pokazany na fig. 1 i 2 ma ksztalt walca wygietego w ksztalt bransolety, posiadajacego na swej powierzchni usytuowane spiralnie pasma w kolorze bialym oddzielone od siebie usytuowanymi spiralnie pasmami w kolorze czerwonym i zielonym o zróznicowanej ich szerokosci, przy czym do tego walca przylega scisle przezroczysta folia termokurczliwa. Dalsze odmiany lizaka wielobarwnego w ksztalcie bransolety umieszczonego w przezroczystej folii termokurczliwej wykonane sa w dowolnym zestawie kolorów pasm usytuowanych spiralnie na powierzchni naprzemian obok siebie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Lizak wielobarwny w ksztalcie bransolety pokazany na rysunku i materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 i 2 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma ksztalt walca wygietego w ksztalt bransolety, do którego scisle przylega przezroczysta folia termokurczliwa; - na swej powierzchni posiada usytuowane spiralnie naprzemian obok siebie pasma róznokolorowe.Fig.1Fig. 2 PL PL PLThe industrial design is a multicolored lollipop in the shape of a bracelet. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing and illustrative material, in which Figure ` shows the multicolored lollipop from a top view in black and white, and Figure 2 shows photographs of the lollipop shown in Figure 1 in white, red, and green. The multicolored lollipop shown in Figures 1 and 2 is shaped like a cylinder bent into the shape of a bracelet, with spirally arranged white bands on its surface, separated by spirally arranged red and green bands of varying widths, with a transparent heat-shrinkable film tightly adhered to the cylinder. Further varieties of the multi-colored bracelet-shaped lollipop placed in a transparent heat-shrinkable film are made in any set of color bands arranged spirally on the surface, alternating next to each other. The essential features of the industrial design of the multi-colored bracelet-shaped lollipop shown in the drawing and illustrative material Fig. 1 and 2 are characterized by the following: - it has the shape of a cylinder bent into the shape of a bracelet, to which the transparent heat-shrinkable film adheres tightly; - it has alternating spirally arranged multi-colored bands on its surface.
