Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzór na ciastku pozwalajacy odróznic produkty zglaszajacego od wyrobów innych producentów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1- przedstawia rysunek pierwszej odmiany wzoru na ciastku wraz z ciastkiem, fig. 2 - rysunek drugiej odmiany wzoru, fig. 3 - rysunek trzeciej odmiany wzoru, fig. 4- rysunek czwartej odmiany wzoru, fig. 5 - material ilustracyjny pierwszej odmiany wzoru na ciastku wraz z ciastkiem Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru ciastka przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Wzór ciastka charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w pierwszej odmianie wykonania na ciastku, o ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, centralnie umieszczony jest wykonany podwójna linia stylizowany napis LU otoczony klosami przesunietymi wzgledem siebie. Klosy utworzone sa z malych elips, z których wierzcholkowe sa najwieksze a w miare zblizania sie ku podstawie klosa elipsy zmniejszaja sie. W drugiej odmianie wykonania wzór utworzony jest z dwóch klosów tworzacych okragla ramke. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a drawing of the first variant of the design on the cookie together with the cookie itself; Fig. 2 - a drawing of the second variant of the design; Fig. 3 - a drawing of the third variant of the design; Fig. 4 - a drawing of the fourth variant of the design; Fig. 5 - an illustrative material of the first variant of the design on the cookie together with the cookie itself. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the cookie design, manifested in its shape. The cookie design is characterized by the fact that in the first variant, the cookie, which is roughly ellipsoidal, features a centrally placed double-line stylized inscription "LU" surrounded by offset ears of corn. The ears of corn are made of small ellipses, the top ones being the largest, and the ellipses decreasing as they approach the base. In the second version, the pattern is made of two ears of corn forming a circular frame. In the third version, the pattern is made of a drawing of two ears of corn offset from each other.
