Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób szklany. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii oraz barwie, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtworzenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zaprezentowano w ujeciu schematycznym na zalaczonym rysunku oraz na fotografii. Widok wyrobu szklanego w ujeciu z boku uwidoczniono na Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Wyrób szklany moze byc wykonany w dowolnym kolorze. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Wyrób szklany przedstawiajacy muszle charakteryzuje sie tym, ze muszla jest otwarta i rozchylona wzdluznie na boki. Obrzeza muszli maja nieregularna i postrzepiona linie. The essential features of an industrial design include a new and original form of the product, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, and color, and capable of being reproduced multiple times. The subject of the industrial design is presented schematically in the attached drawing and photograph. A side view of the glass product is shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The glass product can be made in any color. The essential features of an industrial design: A glass product depicting a shell is characterized by an open shell that opens lengthwise to the sides.
