Istote wzorów stanowi nowa postac zestawu wyrobów cukierniczych, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, a takze oryginalnej formie i kolorystyce, które: - w odniesieniu do tradycyjnych, dotychczas spotykanych wyrobów cukierniczych róznia sie tym, ze poszczególne wyroby uzupelnione zostaly na swojej powierzchni napisami, umozliwiajacymi ich wykorzystanie do gry towarzyskiej. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego widoczny jest na rysunku, na którym fig. od 1 do 10 - przedstawiaja poszczególne elementy zestawu opracowanych wyrobów cukierniczych. The essence of the designs is the new form of the set of confectionery products, manifested in their shape, as well as their original form and color scheme, which: - differ from traditional, previously encountered confectionery products in that individual products have been supplemented with inscriptions on their surfaces, enabling them to be used in a parlor game. The subject of the industrial design is visible in the drawing, where figures 1 to 10 represent the individual elements of the set of designed confectionery products. The element of the set of confectionery products shown in figure 1 is a flat, elliptical element with the inscription "MYSLI" (I THINKS) placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 2 is a flat element, similar in shape to a square with concave sides, with the inscription: "W SERCU" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 3 is a flat element, similar in shape to a three-leaf clover with the inscription: "ACH!" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 4 is a flat element, similar in shape to a crescent with the inscription: "KOCHA" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 5 is a flat element, similar in shape to a four-leaf clover, with edges decorated with small teeth, with the inscription: "ZDRADZA" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 6 is a flat, round element with the inscription: "ZARTUJE" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 7 is a flat, triangular element, with edges decorated with small teeth, with the inscription: "YES!" placed on its surface. The element of the confectionery set shown in the drawing - fig. 8 is a flat element, with a shape similar to a rectangle with rounded corners and concave longer sides, with the inscription: "SZANUJE" placed on its surface. An important feature of the set of patterns is that: - its individual varieties have the shape of: an ellipse, a square with concave sides, a three-leaf clover, a crescent, a four-leaf clover, a round element, a triangular element, a rectangle with rounded corners and concave longer sides, a rhombus with concave sides, or an element whose edges are interconnected arcs; - the individual varieties of confectionery products described above may be additionally decorated with small teeth; - on the individual elements of the set of confectionery products described above there are inscriptions: "THINKS", or "IN HEART", or "OH!", or "LOVES", or "BETRAYS", "JOKES", or "YES!", or "RESPECTS", or "LIKES", or "NO!", and these inscriptions can be pressed on the surface of the confectionery product or applied to its surface; - individual elements of the set of confectionery products are immersed in whole or in part in a dark or light icing.
