Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko ozdobne wykonane z cienkiej blachy metalowej, przeznaczone do przechowywania uzywek spozywczych, zwlaszcza kakao. Nowa i oryginalna postac pudelka przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce i elementach ozdobnych, w tym napisach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest pokazany na rysunku oraz na materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko ozdobne zakryte pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - to samo pudelko ze zdjeta pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - to samo pudelko zakryte pokrywka w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - to samo pudelko w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A, fig. 5 - to samo pudelko w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B, fig. 6 - fotografie pudelka ozdobnego pokazanego na fig. 1, fig. 7 - fotografie pudelka ozdobnego pokazanego na fig. 2, a fig. 8 - fotografie pudelka ozdobnego pokazanego na fig. 3. Pudelko ozdobne majace ksztalt eliptycznej bryly sklada sie z wydluzonego pojemnika, majacego w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt eliptyczny oraz osadzonej na nim pokrywki o takim samym profilu jak pojemnik. Pojemnik w górnej czesci ma gladki eliptyczny element pierscieniowy, który w dolnej czesci przechodzi w pierscieniowe eliptyczne wyoblenie wypukle, polaczone nastepnie plynnym przejsciem z pozostala gladka eliptyczna jego czescia, której dolne obrzeze umieszczone jest w szczelinie utworzonej z zewnetrznego zawiniecia profilowego dolnego obrzeza dna pojemnika i jego pionowej eliptycznej scianki pierscieniowej tak, ze poziome dno tego pojemnika usytuowane jest ponad jego dolnym obrzezem eliptycznym. Pokrywka pojemnika pudelka ma eliptyczne plaskie dno z zagietym prostopadle do niego obrzezem, którego dolny koniec ma obwodowe zewnetrzne zawiniecie, majace w przekroju poprzecznym ksztalt zblizony do kola. Na kakaowym tle zewnetrznej powierzchni pojemnika pudelka w centralnym jej miejscu znajduje sie rysunek przedstawiajacy prostokatne zólte tlo z czarna obwódka, na którym znajduja sie rysunki dwóch statków z kolorze brazowym i jego odcieni na falach morskich w kolorze jasnobrazowym. Nad tym rysunkiem znajduje sie napis „KAKAO" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze jasnozóltym, a pod nim na tle zóltego pola stanowiacego fragment pierscienia przylegajacego do wspomnianego prostokatnego rysunku znajduje sie napis „NATURALNE" wykonany duzymi drukowanymi literami w kolorze czarnym, natomiast w górnej czesci nad napisem „KAKAO" znajduje sie napis „Wawel" wykonany stylizowanymi bialymi literami, nad nim rysunek imitujacy zamek wawelski w kolorze zlotym, a pod nim napis „Kraków" w kolorze zlotym. Poza tym, na kakaowym tle zewnetrznej powierzchni pojemnika po obu stronach wspomnianychrysunków i napisów znajduja sie rysunki przedstawiajace kontury statków w kolorze ciemnobrazowym. Z kolei, na zewnetrznej powierzchni pokrywki pudelka w jej centralnym miejscu znajduje sie stylizowany napis „Wawel" w kolorze bialym, nad nim rysunek zamku wawelskiego w kolorze zlotym, a pod nim napis „Kraków" równiez w kolorze zlotym. The box's new and original appearance is evident in its shape, colors, and decorative elements, including inscriptions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a decorative box covered with a lid in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same box with the lid removed in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the same box covered with a lid in a front view, Fig. 4 - the same box in a vertical section along the line A-A, Fig. 5 - the same box in a vertical section along the line B-B, Fig. 6 - photographs of the decorative box shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 7 - photographs of the decorative box shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 8 - photographs of the decorative box shown in Fig. 3. The decorative box having the shape of an elliptical solid consists of an elongated container having an elliptical shape in cross-section and a lid mounted on it with the same profile as the container. The container has a smooth elliptical annular element in its upper part, which in its lower part transforms into an annular elliptical convex curvature, then connected by a smooth transition to the remaining smooth elliptical part, the lower rim of which is positioned in a gap formed by the outer profile curl of the lower rim of the container bottom and its vertical elliptical annular wall so that the horizontal bottom of the container is positioned above its lower elliptical rim. The lid of the box container has an elliptical flat bottom with a rim bent perpendicularly thereto, the lower end of which has a circumferential outer curl having a cross-sectional shape similar to a circle. On the cocoa background of the outer surface of the box container, in the center is a drawing of a rectangular yellow background with a black border, on which are drawings of two ships in brown and shades of brown on light brown sea waves. Above this drawing is the inscription "COCOA" in large block letters in light yellow, and below it, on a yellow field constituting a fragment of a ring adjacent to the aforementioned rectangular drawing, is the inscription "NATURALNE" in large block letters in black. At the top, above the inscription "COCOA," is the inscription "Wawel" in stylized white letters, above it is a drawing imitating Wawel Castle in gold, and below it is the inscription "Kraków" in gold. In addition, the cocoa-colored background of the outer surface of the container features dark brown drawings of ship outlines on both sides of the aforementioned drawings and inscriptions. In turn, the outer surface of the box lid features a stylized white "Wawel" inscription in the center, with a gold drawing of Wawel Castle above it, and the gold "Kraków" inscription below it. Essential features of the industrial design A decorative box consisting of a container and a lid shown in the drawings and illustrative material Fig. 1-8 is characterized in that: - the box container made in the shape of an elliptical solid has a smooth elliptical annular element in the upper part, which in the lower part changes into an annular elliptical convex rounding, then connected by a smooth transition with the remaining smooth elliptical part of it, the lower rim of which is placed in a gap formed by the external profile curl of the lower rim of the container bottom and its vertical elliptical annular wall so that the horizontal bottom of this container is situated above its lower elliptical rim; - the lid of the box container has an elliptical flat bottom with a perpendicularly bent rim, the lower end of which has a circumferential outer curl, having a cross-sectional shape similar to a circle; - on the colored background of the outer surface of the box container, in the center of it, there is a drawing depicting a rectangular yellow background with a black border, on which there are drawings of two ships in brown and its shades on sea waves in light brown; - on the colored background of the container, on both sides of the aforementioned drawings, there are drawings depicting the outlines of ships in dark brown; - on the colored background of the outer surface of the box container, there are information inscriptions indicating the type of product stored in it and the place of origin.
