Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko ozdobne, którego pojemnik wykonany jest z cienkiej blachy metalowej, a pokrywka z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczone dla slodyczy, zwlaszcza galaretek w czekoladzie. Nowa i oryginalna postac pudelka przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, kolorystyce i elementach ozdobnych, w tym napisach. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunkach oraz materiale ilustracyjnym, na których fig. 1 przedstawia pudelko ozdobne zakryte pokrywka w widoku perspektywicznym z boku, fig. 2 - to samo pudelko w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 - to samo pudelko w stanie rozlozonym w widoku perspektywicznym od góry, fig. 4 - to samo pudelko w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii A-A na fig. 2, fig. 5 - to samo pudelko w przekroju pionowym wzdluz linii B-B na fig. 2, fig. 6 - fotografie pudelka pokazanego na fig. 1, fig. 7 - fotografie pudelka pokazanego na fig. 2, a fig. 8 - fotografie pudelka pokazanego na fig. 3. Pudelko ozdobne majace w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy sklada sie z pojemnika metalowego oraz umieszczonej na nim pokrywki wykonanej z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Pojemnik eliptyczny w dolnej i górnej czesci ma zawiniete obrzeza w ksztalt zblizony do kolowego, przy czym na dolnym obwodowym zawinieciu spoczywa jego dno eliptyczne, którego zagiete obwodowo obrzeze znajduje sie pomiedzy pionowa sciana pojemnika i jego kolowym obrzezem, w wyniku czego dno to jest usytuowane nieco ponad dolna zagieta krawedzia pojemnika. Na górnym obwodowym zawinieciu kolowym obrzeza pojemnika spoczywa jego eliptyczna pokrywka, majaca lekko wypukla ku górze powierzchnie oraz zaokraglone obwodowe obrzeze, które przechodzi w uskok, tworzacy obwodowy kolnierz, przylegajacy do zawinietego górnego obrzeza pojemnika. Górna wypukla powierzchnia pokrywki posiada dwa eliptyczne ozdobne paski o zróznicowanych dluzszych ich osiach stykajace sie z soba na koncach krótszej osi tych elips, natomiast w srodkowej czesci jej wypuklej powierzchni znajduje sie stylizowany napis „Wawel", a nad nim rysunek imitujacy ksztalt zamku wawelskiego, zas pod napisem „Wawel" napis „Kraków" otoczony dwoma lukowymi liniami. Z kolei, metalowy eliptyczny pojemnik pudelka pod górnym jego obrzezem na zewnetrznej powierzchni w kolorze czerwonym i jego odcieni ma ozdobny obwodowy ornament z motywem owoców cytrusowych z ich naturalna kolorystyka, usytuowanych naprzemiennie wzgledem siebie. W srodkowej czesci tego ornamentu znajduje sie stylizowany napis „Wawel" w kolorze bialym, nad nim rysunek imitujacy ksztalt zamku wawelskiego w kolorze zlotym, a pod tym napisem kolejny napis „Kraków" w kolorze zlotym. Ponadto, w srodkowej czesci przedniej i tylnej sciany pojemnika znajduja sie stylizowane napisy „Mieszanka Krakowska" w kolorze zlotym, a pod nim napis „galaretkaw czekoladzie" w jezyku angielskim z jednej strony i jezyku polskim z drugiej strony, wykonane równiez w kolorze zlotym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Pudelko ozdobne zlozone z pojemnika i pokrywki przedstawione na rysunkach oraz materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-8 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: - ma w widoku z góry ksztalt elipsy i sklada sie z pojemnika metalowego oraz umieszczonej na nim pokrywki wykonanej z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego; - pojemnik eliptyczny w dolnej i górnej czesci ma zawiniete obrzeza w ksztalt zblizony do kolowego, przy czym na dolnym obwodowym zawinieciu spoczywa jego dno eliptyczne, którego zagiete obwodowo obrzeze znajduje sie pomiedzy pionowa sciana pojemnika i jego kolowym obrzezem, w wyniku czego dno to jest usytuowane nieco ponad dolna zagieta krawedzia pojemnika; - na górnym obwodowym zawinieciu kolowym obrzeza pojemnika spoczywa jego eliptyczna pokrywka, majaca lekko wypukla ku górze powierzchnie oraz zaokraglone obwodowe obrzeze, które przechodzi w uskok, tworzacy obwodowy kolnierz, przylegajacy do zawinietego górnego obrzeza pojemnika, przy czym górna wypukla powierzchnia pokrywki posiada dwa eliptyczne ozdobne paski o zróznicowanych dluzszych ich osiach stykajace sie z soba na koncach krótszej osi tych elips; - metalowy eliptyczny pojemnik pudelka pod górnym jego obrzezem na zewnetrznej kolorowej powierzchni ma ozdobny obwodowy ornament z motywem owoców cytrusowych z ich naturalna kolorystyka, usytuowanych naprzemiennie wzgledem siebie; - na kolorowym tle zewnetrznej powierzchni pudelka znajduja sie napisy informacyjne wskazujace na rodzaj przechowywanego w nim produktu oraz miejsce pochodzenia.Fig.1 Fig.2 Fig.3 Fig.4 Fig.5Fig.6 Fig.7 Fig.8 PL PL PLThe industrial design is for a decorative box with a container made of thin sheet metal and a lid made of transparent plastic, intended for sweets, particularly chocolate-covered jellies. The box's new and original appearance is evident in its shape, colors, and decorative elements, including inscriptions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a decorative box covered with a lid in a side perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same box in a front perspective view, Fig. 3 - the same box in an unfolded state in a perspective view from above, Fig. 4 - the same box in a vertical section along the line A-A in Fig. 2, Fig. 5 - the same box in a vertical section along the line B-B in Fig. 2, Fig. 6 - photographs of the box shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 7 - photographs of the box shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 8 - photographs of the box shown in Fig. 3. The decorative box, having the shape of an ellipse in a top view, consists of a metal container and a lid made of transparent plastic placed on it. The elliptical container has its lower and upper portions curled into a roughly circular shape, with its elliptical bottom resting on the lower peripheral curl, the circumferentially curled rim of which is located between the vertical wall of the container and its circular rim, as a result of which the bottom is positioned slightly above the lower, curled edge of the container. Resting on the upper circular peripheral curl of the container rim is its elliptical lid, which has a slightly upwardly convex surface and a rounded circumferential rim that transitions into a step, forming a circumferential collar adjacent to the curled upper rim of the container. The upper, convex surface of the lid features two elliptical decorative stripes with different longer axes, touching each other at the ends of the shorter axes of these ellipses. In the central part of its convex surface, there is a stylized inscription "Wawel," and above it a drawing imitating the shape of Wawel Castle. Below the inscription "Wawel," there is the inscription "Kraków" surrounded by two arced lines. In turn, the metal, elliptical container of the box, under its upper rim on the outer surface in red and its shades, has a decorative peripheral ornament with a motif of citrus fruits in their natural colors, arranged alternately with each other. In the central part of this ornament, there is a stylized inscription "Wawel" in white, above it a drawing imitating the shape of Wawel Castle in gold, and below this inscription, another inscription "Kraków" in gold. In addition, in the central part of the front and back walls of the container there are stylized inscriptions "Mieszanka Krakowska" in gold, and below them the inscription "jelly in chocolate" in English on one side and in Polish on the other side, also made in gold. Essential features of the industrial design The decorative box consisting of a container and a lid shown in the drawings and illustrative material fig. 1-8 is characterized by the following: - in a top view it has the shape of an ellipse and consists of a metal container and a lid made of transparent plastic placed on it; - the elliptical container in its lower and upper parts has its rims rolled into a shape close to a circle, wherein its elliptical bottom rests on the lower circumferential curl, the circumferentially curved rim of which is located between the vertical wall of the container and its circular rim, as a result of which the bottom is situated slightly above the lower curved edge of the container; - its elliptical lid rests on the upper circumferential circular curl of the container rim, having a slightly upwardly convex surface and a rounded circumferential rim which passes into a step, forming a circumferential collar, adjacent to the rolled upper rim of the container, wherein the upper convex surface of the lid has two elliptical decorative strips with different longer axes, touching each other at the ends of the shorter axis of these ellipses; - the metal elliptical container of the box, under its upper rim on the outer colored surface, has a decorative peripheral ornament with a motif of citrus fruits with their natural colors, arranged alternately with each other; - on the colored background of the outer surface of the box there are information inscriptions indicating the type of product stored inside and the place of origin.
