Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw lizaka z uchwytem patyka, przeznaczonym zwlaszcza do wieszania go na choince jako jej ozdoba. Nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza ksztalcie jego uchwytu i kolorystyce. Jak pokazano na rysunkach i materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1-3 i fig. 5-14 zestaw lizaka z uchwytem sklada sie z lizaka w ksztalcie piecioramiennej gwiazdki o wypuklych powierzchniach zewnetrznych, wtopionego w niego walcowego patyka tworzywowego oraz osadzanego na nim przesuwnie uchwytu w ksztalcie litery „S", zaopatrzonej na dolnym i srodkowym jej czlonie po dwa odsadzenia usytuowane prostopadle do powierzchni tych czlonów, pomiedzy którymi utworzona jest szczelina o szerokosci odpowiadajacej grubosci patykaosadzanego zaciskowo w tych szczelinach. Ponadto, uchwyt ten w kazdym prostopadlym do niego przekroju poprzecznym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zróznicowanych jego wymiarach, natomiast wspomniane odsadzenia uchwytu w widoku z tylu maja ksztalt prostokata z zaokraglonymi krótszymi bokami, przy czym odsadzenia usytuowane na srodkowym czlonie uchwytu sa nieco przesuniete wzgledem siebie w plaszczyznie poziomej, zas usytuowane na dolnym czlonie leza w tej samej plaszczyznie. Poza tym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni uchwytu wykonane sa ozdobne dwa kanalki oddzielone od siebie wystepem o zarysach dostosowanych do ksztaltu uchwytu i usytuowane równolegle wzgledem siebie. Jak pokazano na rysunku fig. 4 lizak o dowolnym ksztalcie i kolorystyce zaopatrzony jest w patyk z zamocowanym na nim uchwytem w ksztalcie litery „S" wyzej opisanym. The new and unique character of the industrial design is evident in its shape, particularly the shape of the handle, and its color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings and illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a set of a lollipop with a handle in the folded state, Fig. 2 - the same set in the unfolded state, Fig. 3 - the same set in a side view, Fig. 4 - a set of a lollipop with a handle in the folded state, the stick of which is embedded in a lollipop of any external shape and color, Fig. 5 - a set of a lollipop with a handle shown in Fig. 1, the lollipop, the stick and the handle of which are red, Fig. 6 - a color variant of the set shown in Fig. 5, the lollipop, the stick and the handle of which are green, Fig. 7 - a color variant of the set shown in Fig. 5, the lollipop, the stick and the handle of which are yellow, Fig. 8 - a color variant of the set shown in Fig. 5, the lollipop, the stick and the the handle are purple, Fig. 9 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop, stick and handle are blue, Fig. 10 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop, stick and handle are orange, Fig. 11 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop and its stick are blue and the handle is red, Fig. 12 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop and its stick are green and the handle is yellow, Fig. 13 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop and its stick are yellow and the handle is purple, and Fig. 14 - a color variation of the set shown in Fig. 5, of which the lollipop and its stick are red and the handle is blue. As shown in the drawings and illustrative material Figs. 1-3 and Figs. 5-14, the lollipop set with a handle consists of a lollipop in the shape of a five-pointed star with convex outer surfaces, a cylindrical plastic stick embedded in it and a slidably mounted on it handle in the shape of the letter "S", provided on its lower and middle members with two offsets situated perpendicularly to the surfaces of these members, between which a gap is formed with a width corresponding to the thickness of the stick clamped in these gaps. Furthermore, in every perpendicular cross-section, the handle has a shape close to a rectangle with varied dimensions, while the aforementioned handle offsets, viewed from the back, have a rectangular shape with rounded shorter sides. The offsets located on the middle handle member are slightly offset from each other in the horizontal plane, while those located on the lower member lie in the same plane. Furthermore, the outer surface of the handle features two decorative channels separated by a protrusion with outlines adapted to the shape of the handle and arranged parallel to each other. As shown in Figure 4, a lollipop of any shape and color is equipped with a stick with the S-shaped handle described above attached to it. Essential features of the industrial design A set of a lollipop with a handle provided with a stick, shown in drawings fig. 1-4 and illustrative material fig. 5-14 is characterized in that: - on the plastic stick of the lollipop there is a handle in the shape of the letter "S", provided on its lower and middle members with two offsets situated perpendicularly to the surface of these members, between which there is a slot with a width corresponding to the thickness of the stick clamped in these slots; - the handle's offsets situated on its middle member are shifted relative to each other in a horizontal plane, while the offsets situated on its lower member lie in the same horizontal plane; - on the outer surface of the handle there are decorative channels separated from each other by a protrusion with outlines adapted to the shape of the handle and situated parallel to each other; - the lollipop has the shape of a five-pointed star with convex outer surfaces; - the lollipop has any geometric shape; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are red; - the lollipop, its sticks and handle are green; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are yellow; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are purple; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are blue; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are orange; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are any color; - the lollipop, its stick and handle are made in contrasting colors.Fig. 7Fig. 2 Fig. 3 Fig. 4Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 Fig. 9 Fig. 10Fig. 11 Fig. 12 Fig. 13 Fig. 14 PL PL
