Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ogranicznik sciagaczy odziezowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac ogranicznika przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i konturach oraz w ksztalcie i konturach poszczególnych jego elementów. Dotychczas ograniczniki sciagaczy do odziezy skladaly sie z jednorodnej obudowy oraz elementu zamykajacego i sprezyny. Ogranicznik sciagaczy odziezowych wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z dwóch niezaleznych od siebie, jednakowych podstaw i w ksztalcie kola z usytuowanymi nan, symetrycznie wzgledem siebie, tulejami 2 w ksztalcie prostokatów z otworami w ilosci po trzy tuleje na kazdej z podstaw I oraz trzpieniem 3 z nasadzona nan sprezyna 4 . Wzór przemyslowy zostal uwidoczniony w widoku na fotografii i na rysunkach, przy czym rys. nr 1 stanowi rysunek zbiorczy, na którym przedstawiono wzór przemyslowy w widoku oraz w rzutach. Rysunek nr 2 przedstawia wzór w rzutach a rysunek nr 3 wzór w widoku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, iz wzór sklada sie z dwóch niezaleznych od siebie, jednakowych podstaw i o ksztalcie kola, na których usytuowane sa, symetrycznie wzgledem siebie, po trzy tuleje 2 w ksztalcie, w rzucie z góry, prostokata przy czym tuleje 2 wyposazone sa w otwory, przez które przechodza sciagane sznurki.rys. 3 PL PL PL PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a clothing drawstring stop. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the stop, manifested in its shape and contours, as well as in the shape and contours of its individual components. Previously, clothing drawstring stops consisted of a uniform housing, a closing element, and a spring. The clothing drawstring stop, according to the industrial design, consists of two independent, identical, circular bases with rectangular sleeves 2 arranged symmetrically on them, with three sleeves per base I, and a pin 3 with a spring 4 mounted on it. The industrial design is shown in photographs and drawings, with Figure 1 being a collective drawing showing the industrial design in both views and projections. Figure 2 shows the design in projections, and Figure 3 shows the design in view. The essential features of the industrial design are that the design consists of two independent, identical, circular bases, on which are located, symmetrically with respect to each other, three sleeves 2 in the shape of a rectangle (in a top view), with the sleeves 2 equipped with holes through which the drawstrings pass.
