Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zlewozmywaka, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zlewozmywak wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góry ksztalt przypominajacy rozlozony wachlarz o lekko zaokraglonych dluzszych bokach, natomiast dwa krótsze boki sa proste. Zlewozmywak posiada co najmniej jedno czworokatne zaglebienie z otworem wpustowym i moze posiadac profilowana, plaska powierzchnie. Przy dluzszym, zaokraglonym boku, zlewozmywak moze posiadac otwory do mocowania w nich baterii oraz innych urzadzen sluzacych do mycia, jak przedstawiono na rysunku. Zlewozmywak wedlug wzoru, posiadajacy w widoku z góry ksztalt rozlozonego wachlarza, posiada istotne cechy wzory przemyslowego w postaci dolnego i górnego boku (1) i (2) zaokraglonego, przy czym górny bok jest znaczniedluzszy od dolnego, natomiast dwa krótsze boki (3) i (4) sa liniami prostymi, ulozonymi pod katem. Zlewozmywak w centralnej czesci posiada zaglebienie (5) z otworem wpustowym (6) w ksztalcie okregu. Komora posiada ksztalt czworokatny, przy czym linia górnej krawedzi zaglebienia (7) nawiazuje do ksztaltu dluzszego zaokraglonego boku zlewu (1). Linia dolnej krawedzi zaglebienia (8) nawiazuje do ksztaltu krótszego, zaokraglonego boku (2). Po lewej i prawej stronie zaglebienia, ponizej dluzszego, zaokraglonego boku (1), moga znajdowac sie otwory (9) i (10) do mocowania w nich baterii i innych urzadzen sluzacych do mycia. Z lewej i prawej strony zaglebienia (5) znajduja sie plaskie, profilowane powierzchnie (11). Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest podwójna linia (12), nawiazujaca ksztaltem do ksztaltu zlewu. Linia ta jednoczesnie wyznacza granice plaskich, profilowanych powierzchni (11) jak pokazano na zalaczonym rys. Fig. 1.fig.1 PL PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a sink, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, shape, properties, and surface design, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The sink, according to the design, has a plan view resembling an unfolded fan with slightly rounded longer sides, while the two shorter sides are straight. The sink has at least one quadrangular recess with a drain hole and may have a profiled, flat surface. The longer, rounded side may have holes for mounting faucets and other cleaning devices, as shown in the drawing. The sink, as shown in the model, has a fan-shaped top view and possesses significant industrial design features, including rounded lower and upper sides (1) and (2), with the upper side being significantly longer than the lower, while the two shorter sides (3) and (4) are straight lines arranged at an angle. The central part of the sink has a recess (5) with a circular inlet opening (6). The bowl is quadrangular, with the line of the recess's upper edge (7) following the shape of the longer, rounded side of the sink (1). The line of the recess's lower edge (8) following the shape of the shorter, rounded side (2). On the left and right sides of the recess, below the longer, rounded side (1), there may be holes (9) and (10) for mounting faucets and other washing devices. On the left and right sides of the recess (5) are flat, profiled surfaces (11). All the elements forming the pattern are surrounded by a double line (12), resembling the shape of the sink.
