Twórca wzoru przemyslowego: Boguslaw Rekos Umywalka lazienkowa z owalna komora Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac umywalki lazienkowej, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Umywalka lazienkowa z owalna wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góry ksztalt owalny, o równoleglych, prostych bokach krótszych i bokach dluzszych opisanych na wycinku elipsy a takze owalna komore. W rzucie bocznym boki umywalki maja ksztalt prostokata, natomiast komora ma ksztalt wycinka owalu. Umywalka lazienkowa z owalna komora posiada zaglebienie opadajace w kierunku umieszczonego w centarlnej czesci umywalki otworu wpustowego i posiada plaskia powierzchnie ociekacza ograniczona wzniesieniem powierzchni, przystajacym do krawedzi umywalki. Na plaskiej powierzchni ociekacza przy górnym boku dluzszym umywalka ma otwór do mocowania elementów: baterii i innych urzadzen do mycia jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. (3) i (4). Boki umywalki ograniczaja wzniesienie na powierzchni ociekacza umywalki (5), które to wzniesienie rozszerza sie w naroznikach przy zagietym eliptycznie górnym dluzszym boku umywalki. Wzniesienie powierzchni umywalki przy bokach ogranicza plaska powierzchnie ociekacza (6) opadajacego w kierunku owalnego zaglebienia komory umywalki (7). W centralnej czesci umywalki w zaglebieniu komory znajduje sie otwór spustowy (8). Wzniesienie na powierzchni umywalki ogranicza plaska powierzchnie ociekacza w taki sposób, ze przystaje ono ksztaltem do równoleglych boków krótsztych, dolnego boku opisanego na elipsie, oraz rozszerza sie w naroznikach przy górnym boku w taki sposób, ze ksztaltem odpowiada górnej krawedzi owalnego zaglebienia. Na plaskiej powierzchni pomiedzy wzniesieniem a górna krawedzia komory umieszczony jest otwór do mocowania elementów: baterii i innych urzadzen do mycia (9) W rzucie bocznym boki umywalki maja ksztalt trapezu (10), natomiast spodnia czesc komory ma ksztalt luku (11) jak przedstawiono na rys. The subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a bathroom washbasin, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, shape, properties and surface shaping, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The bathroom washbasin with an oval bowl, according to the design, has an oval shape in a top view, with parallel, straight shorter sides and longer sides circumscribed by a segment of an ellipse, as well as an oval bowl. In a side view, the sides of the washbasin are rectangular, while the bowl is shaped like a segment of an oval. The bathroom washbasin with an oval bowl has a recess that slopes down toward the inlet opening located in the center of the washbasin and has a flat draining surface bounded by a raised surface that is congruent to the edge of the washbasin. The flat draining surface at the upper, longer side of the washbasin has an opening for mounting components: faucets and other washing devices, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The bathroom washbasin with an oval bowl, according to the design, has a rectangular shape with elliptically curved longer sides in plan view. It has significant industrial design features in the form of longer sides (1) and (2) outlined on an elongated ellipse, and straight, parallel shorter sides (3) and (4). The sides of the washbasin are bounded by a raised area on the drainer surface (5), which widens in the corners at the elliptically curved upper long side of the washbasin. The raised area of the washbasin surface at the sides is bounded by the flat surface of the drainer (6), which descends towards the oval recess of the washbasin chamber (7). In the central part of the washbasin, in the recess of the chamber, there is a drain hole (8). The raised area on the washbasin surface limits the flat surface of the drainer so that its shape matches the parallel shorter sides of the lower side circumscribed by the ellipse, and it widens in the corners at the upper side so that its shape corresponds to the upper edge of the oval recess. On the flat surface between the elevation and the upper edge of the chamber there is a hole for mounting elements: taps and other washing devices (9). In the side view, the sides of the washbasin have a trapezoidal shape (10), while the bottom part of the chamber has an arc shape (11) as shown in Fig. Fig. 1. Fig. 1.
