Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zlewozmywaka, przejawia- jaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zlewozmywak naroznikowy z zaokraglonymi naroznikami wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góry ksztalt trapezu o równoleglych bokach dluzszych i zaokraglonych bokach krótszych, narozniki zlewozmywaka sa zaokraglone. Posiada co najmniej jedno zaglebienie ograniczone wygietymi w luk bokami dluzszymi oraz otworem spustowym. Z boków zaglebienie ograniczaja profilowane powierzchnie ociekacza z owalnymi wypustkami. Przy dluzszym boku w centralnej czesci ma otwór do mocowania elementów: baterii i innych urzadzen do mycia jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku w odmianach wzoru przemyslowego na rysunkach Fig. 1. Zlewozmywak w ksztalcie trapezu jest przeznaczony do montazu w szafkach naroznikowych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Ksztalt zlewozmywaka to trapez z zaokraglonymi naroznikami (1) i (2) ograniczajacymi plaskie profilowane powierzchnie (3) i (4) opadajace do umieszczonego centralnie zaglebienia zlewozmywaka (5). Plaskie profilowane powierzchnie z owalnym uzebrowaniem opadaja zaokraglonymi krawedziami (6) do komory zlewozmywaka i posiadaja owalne wypustki. Dluzszy bok (7) rozszerza sie w centralnej czesci ponad zaglebieniem zlewozmywaka tworzac miejsce na montaz baterii i innych akcesoriów do mycia (8) i jest równolegly do krótszego boku (9) przylegajacego do dolnej czesci zaglebienia. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a sink, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, shape, properties, and surface design, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The corner sink with rounded corners, as shown in the design, has a trapezoidal shape from above with parallel long sides and rounded short sides. The sink's corners are rounded. It has at least one recess bounded by arched long sides and a drain hole. The sides of the recess are bounded by profiled draining surfaces with oval projections. On the longer side, it has a central hole for mounting components: faucets and other washing devices, as shown in the attached drawing in the industrial design variations in Fig. 1. The trapezoidal sink is designed for installation in corner cabinets. Essential features of the industrial design: The sink's shape is a trapezoid with rounded corners (1) and (2) that border flat, profiled surfaces (3) and (4) that descend into the centrally located sink recess (5). The flat, profiled surfaces with oval ribbing descend with rounded edges (6) into the sink bowl and have oval protrusions. The longer side (7) widens in the central part above the sink recess, creating space for mounting faucets and other washing accessories (8) and is parallel to the shorter side (9) adjacent to the lower part of the recess.
