Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zlewozmywak. Zlewozmywak z prostokatna komora i skosnie wyfrezowanym ociekaczem wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata z równolegle przebiegajacymi bokami dluzszymi oraz równolegle przebiegajacymi bokami krótszymi. Posiada co najmniej jedno zaglebienie w ksztalcie prostokata z otworem spustowym i posiada opadajaca do tego zaglebienia co najmniej jedna profilowana powierzchnie ociekacza z co najmniej jednym charakterystycznym skosnym frezem. Frez ten opada skosnie do jednego z przebiegajacych równolegle do boków dluzszych frezów odciekowych. Przy dluzszych bokach w ich centralnej czesci znajduje sie ograniczona ksztaltem zaglebienia plaska powierzchnia na wykonanie otworów do mocowania elementów: baterii i innych urzadzen do mycia jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku. Zlewozmywak z prostokatna komora i skosnie wyfrezowanym ociekaczem posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zaglebienia o ksztalcie prostokata z otworem wpustowym (1), z równolegle przebiegajacymi bokami dluzszymi (2) i (3) które w centralnej czesci tworza miejsce na wydrazone otwory montazowe (4) i (5) do mocowania baterii lub innych akcesoriów i urzadzen do mycia. Boki dluzsze wraz z prostopadlymi do nich równolegle przebiegajacymi bokami krótszymi (6) i (7) ograniczaja zaglebienie z otworem wpustowym i powierzchniowo proporcjonalna do niego profilowana powierzchnie ociekacza (8). Plaska profilowana powierzchnia charakteryzuje sie tym, ze opada zaokraglona krawedzia (9) do komory zlewozmywaka i posiada równolegle profilowane zaglebienia (10) sluzace do odprowadzania wody do komory zaglebienia. Przy bokach dluzszych i krótszych znajduje sie przystajace do nich ksztaltem opadajace zaglebienie odciekowe (11). Ta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze do dwóch kolejnych równoleglych zaglebien profilowanych na powierzchni ociekacza opadaja skosnie wyfrezowane zaglebienia (12) skierowane w kierunku komory z otworem spustowym. Kolejna odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest zlewozmywak z prostokatnymi komorami i skosnie wyfrezowanym ociekaczem, który posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zaglebienia o ksztalcie prostokata z otworem wpustowym (1) z przylegajacym do niego mniejszym zaglebieniem z otworem spustowym takze w ksztalcie prostokata (2). Ta odmiana wzoru przemyslowego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze mniejsze zaglebienie (2) umiejscowione jest pomiedzy zaglebieniem wiekszym (1), oddzielajaca je od niego zaokraglona, opadajaca do nich krawedzia (3) a plaska profilowana powierzchnia (4). Powierzchnia ta charakteryzuje sie takze tym, ze posiada jedno skosne zaglebienie (5) w profilowanej powierzchni ociekacza, opadajace do jednego z zaglebien wyprofilowanych równolegle i opadajacych w kierunku mniejszego zaglebienia komory z otworem spustowym (2). Kolejna odmiana wzoru przemyslowego jest zlewozmywak z prostokatnymi komorami i skosnie wyfrezowanym ociekaczem, który posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zaglebienia o ksztalcie prostokata z otworem wpustowym (1), opadajaca do niego zaokraglona krawedzia (2) plaska profilowana powierzchnia (3). Powierzchnia ta charakteryzuje sie takze tym, ze posiada jedno skosne zaglebienie (4) w profilowanej powierzchni ociekacza, opadajace do jednego z zaglebien wyprofilowanych równolegle i opadajacych w kierunku zaglebienia komory z otworem spustowym (1). The sink, with a rectangular bowl and a diagonally milled drainer, has a top view of a rectangle with parallel longer sides and parallel shorter sides. It has at least one rectangular recess with a drain hole, and at least one profiled drainer surface with at least one characteristic diagonal milling extending into this recess. This milling extends diagonally into one of the drain millings running parallel to the longer sides. The central part of the longer sides has a flat surface, bounded by the recess, for drilling holes for mounting components: faucets and other washing devices, as shown in the attached drawing. Variations of the industrial design are shown in Figures 1-3.1. This sink with a rectangular bowl and a diagonally milled drainer features significant industrial design features, including a rectangular recess with a drain hole (1), with parallel longer sides (2) and (3), which in the center create space for drilled mounting holes (4) and (5) for mounting faucets or other accessories and cleaning devices. The longer sides, along with the parallel shorter sides (6) and (7) perpendicular to them, define the recess with the drain hole and the proportional, profiled drainer surface (8). The flat, profiled surface is characterized by a rounded edge (9) extending into the sink bowl and having parallel, profiled recesses (10) for draining water into the recess. On the longer and shorter sides, there is a congruent, sloping drainage recess (11). This industrial design variant is characterized by diagonally milled recesses (12) extending into two subsequent parallel profiled recesses on the drainer surface, directed toward the bowl with the drain hole. As shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 1.1. Another industrial design variant is a sink with rectangular bowls and a diagonally milled drainer, which has significant industrial design features in the form of a rectangular recess with an inlet hole (1) and an adjacent smaller rectangular recess with a drain hole (2). This industrial design variant is characterized by a smaller recess (2) located between a larger recess (1), separated by a rounded, descending edge (3), and a flat, profiled surface (4). This surface is also characterized by a single oblique recess (5) in the profiled drainer surface, descending into one of the parallel-profiled recesses and descending towards the smaller recess of the bowl with the drain hole (2). As shown in Fig. 2 and Fig. 2.1. Another industrial design variant is a sink with rectangular bowls and a diagonally milled drainer, which has significant industrial design features in the form of a rectangular recess with a drain hole (1), a rounded edge (2), and a flat, profiled surface (3). This surface is also characterized by having one oblique recess (4) in the profiled surface of the drainer, falling into one of the recesses profiled parallel and falling towards the recess of the chamber with the drain hole (1).
