Twórca wzoru przemyslowego: Boguslaw Rekos Umywalka lazienkowa z komora o ksztalcie opisanym na walcu Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac umywalki lazienkowej, przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Umywalka lazienkowa z komora opisana na walcu wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata o równoleglych bokach dluzszych i równoleglych bokach krótszych. W rzucie bocznym boki umywalki maja ksztalt trapezu, natomiast komora ma ksztalt wycinka walca. W rzucie z góry posiada czworokatne zaglebienie z otworem wpustowym i posiada plaska powierzchnie ociekacza ograniczajaca krawedzie komory. Przy górnym boku dluzszym ma otwór do mocowania elementów: baterii i innych urzadzen do mycia jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1. Umywalka lazienkowa z komora o ksztalcie opisanym na walcu wedlug wzoru posiadajacy w widoku z góry ksztalt prostokata posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci równoleglych boków dluzszych (1) i (2), gdzie krawedz górnego boku dluzszego (1) jest szersza niz krawedz dolnego boku dluzszego (2) .Krótsze boki boczne (3) i (4) sa do siebie rownolegle i maja taka sama szerokosc jak krawedz dolna(2). Równolegle krawedzie boków umywalki ograniczaja plaska powierzchnie ociekacza umywalki (5). Na plaskiej powierzchni umywalki znajduje sie prostokatne zaglebienie komory umywalki (6), którego krawedzie sa równolegle do boków umywalki. Dno zaglebienia komory ma ksztalt opisany na wycinku walca, przez co krawedzie zaglebienia komory (7) i (8) maja ksztalt luku i opadaja w kierunku otworu spustowego (9) jak przedstawiono na rys. The industrial design is a new and original form of a bathroom washbasin, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, shape, properties, and surface design, as well as the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. The bathroom washbasin with a bowl shaped like a cylinder, as described in the design, has a top view of a rectangle with parallel long sides and parallel short sides. In a side view, the sides of the washbasin are trapezoidal, while the bowl is shaped like a segment of a cylinder. In a top view, it has a quadrangular recess with an inlet opening and a flat draining surface that borders the edges of the bowl. The upper, longer side has a hole for mounting elements: faucets and other washing devices, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The bathroom washbasin with a bowl in the shape described by a cylinder according to the pattern, which in a top view has the shape of a rectangle, has significant industrial design features in the form of parallel longer sides (1) and (2), where the edge of the upper, longer side (1) is wider than the edge of the lower, longer side (2). The shorter side sides (3) and (4) are parallel to each other and have the same width as the lower edge (2). The parallel edges of the washbasin sides limit the flat surface of the washbasin drainer (5). On the flat surface of the washbasin, there is a rectangular recess for the washbasin bowl (6), the edges of which are parallel to the sides of the washbasin. The bottom of the chamber recess has a shape described on a section of a cylinder, due to which the edges of the chamber recess (7) and (8) have the shape of an arc and fall towards the drain hole (9) as shown in Fig. 1. The longer sides of the washbasin have the shape of a trapezoid (10) in the side view, while the bottom part of the chamber has the shape of an arc (11) as shown in Fig. 1. In a variant of the industrial design, the flat surface of the washbasin drainer (1) can extend from the side edges of the recess (2) towards the shorter sides of the sink (3) and (4), creating space for mounting additional washing accessories as shown in Fig. 2Fig. 1.
