Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i oryginalna postac zlewozmywaka przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach i uksztaltowaniu powierzchni oraz wzajemnym usytuowaniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych wzór. Zlewozmywak owalny wedlug wzoru posiada w widoku z góiy owalny i wydluzony ksztalt, co najmniej jedno zaglebienie z otworem wpustowym oraz moze posiadac profilowana plaska powierzchnie, przy czym przy dluzszych, poziomych bokach zlewozmywak posiada odpowiednio po jednym otworze do mocowania w nim baterii oraz innych urzadzen niezbednych do mycia. Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest linia nawiazujaca swym ksztaltem do ksztaltu zlewu, a z jednej strony bedaca linia brzegowa komory zlewu zas z drugiej strony linia komory lub profilowanej powierzchni, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1 - 4. Zlewozmywak owalny wedlug wzoru posiadajacy w widoku z góry owalny i wydluzony ksztalt, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postara jednego zaglebienia o profilowanej i zaokraglonej linii (5) z otworem wpustowym (6) w ksztalcie okregu, oraz profilowana plaska powierzchnie (7) usytuowana symetrycznie w stosunku do pionowej osi symetrii zlewu. Na jednolitej powierzchni (10) rozdzielajacej zaglebienie (5) i profilowana powierzchnie (7) umieszczone sa, odpowiednio na górze i dole zlewozmywaka, po jednym otworze (8) i (9) do mocowania w nim baterii oraz innych urzadzen niezbednych do mycia. Krawedzie zaglebien zlewozmywaka wzmocnione sa podwójna linia. Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest owalna linia, która z jednej strony jest wspólksztaltna zkomora zlewu, z drugiej zas nachodzi lukiem na profilowane elementy powierzchni (7). Owal ten znajduje sie w pewna odleglosci od identycznego ksztaltem lecz szerszego brzegu zlewu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1. Krawedzie zaglebien zlewozmywaka wzmocnione sa podwójna linia. Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest owalna linia, która jest wspólksztaltna z linia zaglebien zlewu. Owal ten znajduje sie w pewnej odleglosci od identycznego ksztaltem lecz szerszego brzegu zlewu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 2. Na powierzchni (10) rozdzielajacej obie komory (5) zlewu umieszczone sa, odpowiednio na górze i dole zlewozmywaka, po jednym otworze (8) i (9) do mocowania w nim baterii oraz innych urzadzen niezbednych do mycia. Krawedzie zaglebien zlewozmywaka wzmocnione sa podwójna linia. Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest owalna linia, która z jednej strony jest wspólksztaltna z wieksza komora zlewu, z drugiej zas nachodzi lukiem na profilowane elementy powierzchni (7). Owal ten znajduje sie w pewnej odleglosci od identycznego ksztaltem lecz szerszego brzegu zlewu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 3. Zlewozmywak owalny wedlug wzoru posiadajacy w widoku z góry wydluzony ksztalt, posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci zaokraglonych boków i krótszej podstawie dolnej, przy czym zaokraglenie przy dluzszym boku zlewu jest znacznie wieksze, zas górny bok zlewu jest dluzszy niz dolny. Zlewozmywak posiada dwa róznej wielkosci zaglebienia o profilowanej i zaokraglonej linii (5) z otworem wpustowym (6) w ksztalcie okregu. Zaglebienia (5) usytuowane sa tak, iz mniejsze z nich znajduje sie w srodkowa czesci zlewu, pomiedzy zaglebieniem wiekszym a profilowana plaska powierzchnia (7). Napowierzchni (10) rozdzielajacej obie komory (5) zlewu umieszczone sa, odpowiednio na górze i dole zlewozmywaka, po jednym otworze (8) i (9) do mocowania w nim baterii oraz innych urzadzen niezbednych do mycia. Calosc elementów tworzacych wzór otoczona jest linia, która z jednej strony jest wspólksztaltna z wieksza komora zlewu, z drugiej zas nachodzi lukiem na profilowane elementy powierzchni (7). Linia ta znajduje sie w pewnej odleglosci od identycznego ksztaltem lecz szerszego brzegu zlewu, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 4. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a new and original form of a sink, manifesting itself in the arrangement of lines, shape, properties and surface design, and the relative positioning of individual elements constituting the design. According to the design, the oval sink has an elongated, oval shape when viewed from above, at least one recess with a drain hole, and may have a profiled, flat surface. The longer, horizontal sides of the sink have one hole for mounting a faucet and other devices necessary for cleaning. All the elements forming the pattern are surrounded by a line whose shape refers to the shape of the sink, and on one side it is the edge line of the sink bowl and on the other side it is the line of the bowl or the profiled surface, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1 - 4. The oval sink according to the pattern, having an oval and elongated shape in the top view, has the essential features of the industrial pattern in the form of one recess with a profiled and rounded line (5) with a circular inlet hole (6), and a profiled flat surface (7) situated symmetrically in relation to the vertical axis of symmetry of the sink. The uniform surface (10) separating the recess (5) and the profiled surface (7) features, at the top and bottom of the sink, one hole (8) and one hole (9) for mounting faucets and other appliances necessary for cleaning. The edges of the sink recesses are reinforced with a double line. The entire pattern is surrounded by an oval line, which is congruent with the sink bowl on one side and overlaps the profiled surface elements (7) with an arc on the other. This oval is located at a certain distance from the identically shaped but wider sink rim, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1. The oval sink, according to the design, has an oval and elongated shape in the top view, and has essential industrial design features in the form of two identical recesses with a profiled and rounded line (S) and a circular inlet hole (6). On the uniform surface (10) separating the two recesses (S) of the sink, located on its vertical axis of symmetry, there are one hole (8) and one hole (9) at the top and bottom of the sink, respectively, for mounting a faucet and other devices necessary for washing. The edges of the sink recesses are reinforced with a double line. All the elements that make up the design are surrounded by an oval line, which is congruent with the sink's recess line. This oval is located at a distance from the identically shaped but wider sink rim, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 2. The oval sink, according to the design, has an oval and elongated shape in the top view. It has essential industrial design features in the form of two differently sized recesses with a profiled and rounded line (5) and a circular inlet opening (6). The recesses (S) are positioned so that the smaller one is located in the center of the sink, between the larger recess and the profiled flat surface (7). The surface (10) separating the two sink bowls (5) features, at the top and bottom of the sink, one hole (8) and one hole (9) for mounting faucets and other appliances necessary for cleaning. The edges of the sink recesses are reinforced with a double line. The entire pattern is surrounded by an oval line, which, on one side, is congruent with the larger sink bowl and, on the other, arcs over the profiled surface elements (7). This oval is located at a distance from the identically shaped but wider rim of the sink, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 3. The oval sink, according to the design, has an elongated top view and possesses significant industrial design features in the form of rounded sides and a shorter bottom base. The rounding on the longer side of the sink is significantly greater, while the upper side is longer than the lower side. The sink has two differently sized recesses with a profiled, rounded line (5) and a circular inlet opening (6). The recesses (5) are positioned so that the smaller one is located in the center of the sink, between the larger recess and the profiled flat surface (7). On the surface (10) separating the two sink bowls (5), there are holes (8) and (9) at the top and bottom of the sink, respectively, for mounting faucets and other appliances necessary for cleaning. The edges of the sink recesses are reinforced with a double line. All the elements forming the pattern are surrounded by a line that, on one side, is co-shaped with the larger sink bowl, and on the other, it overlaps with the profiled elements of the surface (7) in an arc. This line is located at a distance from the identically shaped but wider sink rim, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4.
