Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest umywalka, stosowana jako element uzytkowy wyposazenia lazienki. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz material. Umywalka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest przeznaczona do wytwarzania w sposób przemyslowy lub rzemieslniczy z ceramiki. Moze byc wytwarzana z tworzyw sztucznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 – pokazuje umywalke w widoku ogólnym od frontu odmiana 1, fig. 2 – umywalke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z góry odmiana 1, fig. 3 – uwidacznia umywalke w widoku od frontu odmiana 2, natomiast fig. 4 – pokazuje umywalke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z góry odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 1, zaprezentowanego na ilustracji fig. 1 i fig. 2 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze umywalka ma w widoku z góry zarys prostokata. Jest ona uksztaltowana w formie wglebionej niecki o lukowo wyprofilowanych sciankach, poza pionowa scianka rozmieszczona wzdluz dluzszej krawedzi, powyzej której znajduje sie pólka z technologicznym otworem. W dnie niecki jest wykonany odplywowy otwór. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, odmiana 2, zilustrowanego na fotografii, fig. 3 i fig. 4 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze umywalka ma w widoku z góry zarys prostokata. Jest ona uksztaltowana w formie wglebionej niecki o lukowo wyprofilowanych sciankach, poza pionowa scianka rozmieszczona wzdluz dluzszej krawedzi, powyzej której znajduje sie pólka z technologicznym otworem posrodku. W glebi niecki, jej lukowo wyprofilowane scianki przechodza w scianki sciete ukosnie. Zarys scietych ukosnie scianek stanowi odwzorowanie zarysu górnych krawedzi umywalki. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given its unique character by the characteristics of its lines, contours, shapes, and materials. According to the industrial design, the washbasin is intended for industrial or handicraft production from ceramics. It may also be manufactured from plastics. The industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the washbasin in a general front view, variant 1; Fig. 2 shows the washbasin in a perspective view from the side and top, variant 1; Fig. 3 shows the washbasin in a front view, variant 2; and Fig. 4 shows the washbasin in a perspective view from the side and top, variant 2. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, presented in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, include that the washbasin has a rectangular outline in a top view. It is shaped as a recessed basin with arched walls, beyond which there is a vertical wall along the longer edge, above which there is a shelf with a technological opening. A drainage hole is made in the bottom of the basin. The essential features of the industrial design, variant 2, illustrated in photographs, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4, include that the washbasin has a rectangular outline in plan view. It is shaped as a recessed basin with arched walls, beyond which a vertical wall runs along the longer edge, above which there is a shelf with a technological opening in the center. Deeper into the basin, its arched walls merge into diagonally cut walls. The outline of the diagonally cut walls mirrors the outline of the upper edges of the washbasin.
