Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest donica i jej odmiana, przeznaczone do umieszczania w nich roslin ozdobnych, w tym kwiatów, a takze stroików sztucznych. Elementy zglaszanego do ochrony wzoru przemyslowego przedstawione zostaly na ilustracji fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b i fig. 1c, fig. 2 i fig. 2a, fig. 3 i fig. 3a, natomiast fig. 4 i fig. 5 - przedstawiaja wzór i jego kolejna postac, tj. odmiane wzoru przemyslowego, pokazujace donice w komplecie z podstawka. Przy czym na ilustracji fig. 1 - pokazano górna czesc donicy w widoku perspektywicznym nieco z góry, na ilustracji fig. 1a - przedstawiono ja w widoku perspektywicznym nieco od spodu, na ilustracji fig. 1b - w widoku z boku, a na ilustracji fig. 1c - w widoku od spodu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionego na ilustracji fig. 4 - donicy - jest to, ze: – stanowi ja przestrzenny element, utworzony zasadniczo z dwóch ustawionych równolegle do siebie scianek, przy czym obrys kazdej scianki przypomina ksztaltem typowy, symboliczny rysunek serca; – sercowate scianki - stanowiace zasadniczo przód i tyl donicy - polaczone sa ze soba - poczawszy od wysokosci bocznego uwypuklenia serca - bocznymi sciankami, z których kazda przypomina prostokat, w którego dolnej podstawie wykonano centralnie trapezowate wciecie; – scianki boczne - poczatkowo nieco lukowato wyprofilowane - na wysokosci bocznego uwypuklenia serca - przechodza w zasadniczo plaska boczno-spodnia czesc donicy, przy czym scianki boczne - w spodniej czesci donicy - lacza sie ze soba krawedziowo przy przedniej i tylnej sciance donicy, natomiast centralna czesc dna donicy jest nieco uniesiona do góry (do wnetrza donicy) i przechodzi w pozioma powierzchnie, w której z kolei wykonane jest centralne zaglebienie o obrysie zasadniczo prostokata o scietych narozach, – opisana wyzej donica umieszczona jest na prostokatnej podstawce, przy czym – podstawke stanowi element, którego dolny i górny obrys przypomina prostokat, przy czym dolny obrys jest wiekszy od górnego, a scianki tego elementu, powyzej jego dolnej krawedzi wznosza sie do góry - poczatkowo lagodnym lukiem, nastepnie niemal pionowo, przypominajac w efekcie cokól, po czym przechodza w pozioma powierzchnie podstawki, na której centralnie widoczny jest niewielki element, przypominajacy ksztaltem poziomo ulozony prostopadloscian o nieco wyprofilowanych bocznych krawedziach, który odpowiada ksztaltem obrysowi centralnego zaglebienia w dnie donicy. Do ochrony zglaszana jest forma przestrzenna wzoru bez oznaczania kolorów. Cecha odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawionej na ilustracji fig. 5 - donicy z podstawka prostokatna o scietych narozach - jest to, ze: – opisana wyzej jako wzór i przedstawiona na ilustracji fig. 4 donica umieszczona jest na nieco innej podstawce, to jest takze na zasadniczo prostokatnej podstawce, przy czym – podstawke te stanowi element, którego dolny obrys przypomina prostokat, którego naroza zostaly sciete ukosnie i w miare wysokosci podstawki obrys ten zmniejsza sie az do górnego obrysu podstawki, który przypomina mniejszy prostokat, a scianki tego elementu, powyzej jego dolnej krawedzi wznosza sie do góry - poczatkowo lagodnym lukiem, nastepnie niemal pionowo, przypominajac w efekcie cokól, po czym przechodza w pozioma powierzchnie podstawki, na której centralnie widoczny jest niewielki element, przypominajacy ksztaltem poziomo ulozony prostopadloscian o nieco wyprofilowanych bocznych krawedziach, który odpowiada ksztaltem obrysowi centralnego zaglebienia w dnie donicy. The elements of the industrial design applied for protection are shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b and Fig. 1c, Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a, Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a, while Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 depict the design and its subsequent form, i.e. a variant of the industrial design, showing flower pots complete with a saucer. Fig. 1 shows the upper part of the pot in a perspective view slightly from above, Fig. 1a shows it in a perspective view slightly from below, Fig. 1b shows it in a side view, and Fig. 1c shows it in a bottom view. Additionally, illustrations Fig. 2 and Fig. 2a as well as Fig. 3 and Fig. 3a show the lower part of the flowerpot, and more specifically the flowerpot and its variants, while Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show them in a perspective view slightly from above, while Fig. 2a and Fig. 3a show them in a side view. List of variants of the industrial design: 1) flowerpot - Fig. 4, 2) flowerpot with a rectangular base with cut corners - Fig. 5. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in Fig. 4 - a flowerpot - is that: – it constitutes a spatial element, essentially formed of two walls arranged parallel to each other, with the outline of each wall resembling the shape of a typical, symbolic drawing of a heart; – heart-shaped walls - essentially constituting the front and back of the pot - are connected to each other - starting from the height of the lateral bulge of the heart - by side walls, each of which resembles a rectangle, in the lower base of which there is a central trapezoidal indentation; – the side walls – initially slightly arched – at the height of the lateral convexity of the heart – turn into a basically flat side-bottom part of the pot, while the side walls – in the bottom part of the pot – connect with each other along the edges at the front and back walls of the pot, while the central part of the bottom of the pot is slightly raised upwards (towards the inside of the pot) and turns into a horizontal surface, in which in turn there is a central recess with an outline of a basically rectangle with cut corners, – the above-described pot is placed on a rectangular base, whereby – the base is an element whose lower and upper outline resembles a rectangle, with the lower outline being larger than the upper one, and the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise upwards – initially in a gentle arch, then almost vertically, in effect resembling plinth, and then transition into the horizontal surface of the base, on which a small element is visible in the center, resembling a horizontally arranged cuboid with slightly profiled side edges, which corresponds in shape to the outline of the central recess in the bottom of the pot. The three-dimensional form of the design is submitted for protection, without any color designation. A feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 5 - a flowerpot with a rectangular base with cut corners - is that: - the flowerpot described above as a design and shown in Fig. 4 is placed on a slightly different base, that is also on a substantially rectangular base, wherein - this base is an element whose lower outline resembles a rectangle whose corners have been cut diagonally and with the height of the base this outline decreases until it reaches the upper outline of the base, which resembles a smaller rectangle, and the walls of this element, above its lower edge, rise upwards - initially in a gentle arc, then almost vertically, resembling a plinth in effect, after which they turn into the horizontal surface of the base, on which in the centre there is a small element visible, resembling a horizontally placed cuboid with slightly profiled side edges, which corresponds The shape of the outline of the central recess in the bottom of the pot.
