Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest czekoladka. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ornamentyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia czekoladke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – te sama czekoladke w widoku z boku, a fig. 3 – te sama czekoladke w widoku z góry. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1–3 czekoladka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt bryly prostopadlosciennej o podstawie kwadratowej z zaokraglonymi narozami oraz trapezowymi scianami bocznymi, z zaokraglonymi krawedziami, a górna jej powierzchnia ma profil wypuklej czaszy. Poza tym na górnej powierzchni sciany po przekatnej znajduje sie wytloczony, stylizowany i pochyly napis WAWEL. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its characteristic shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a chocolate in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same chocolate in a side view, and Fig. 3 - the same chocolate in a top view. As shown in the illustrative material Figs. 1-3, the chocolate according to the industrial design has the shape of a cuboid body with a square base with rounded corners and trapezoidal side walls with rounded edges, and its upper surface has a convex bowl profile. Moreover, on the upper surface of the wall, there is an embossed, stylized and tilted inscription WAWEL diagonally.
