Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest cukierek. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego charakterystycznym ksztalcie i ornamentyce powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia cukierek w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – ten sam cukierek w widoku z góry, fig. 3 – ten sam cukierek w widoku z boku, a fig. 4 – ten sam cukierek w widoku z przodu. Jak uwidoczniono na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1–4 cukierek wedlug wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt nieregularnej bryly geometrycznej, wkleslo-wypuklej, która w widoku z góry przypomina cyfre „osiem", natomiast w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odwróconej litery „U", a w widoku z przodu jej górna powierzchnia jest wklesla w kierunku jej osi symetrii. Z kolei na górnej powierzchni cukierka usytuowany jest stylizowany napis „Tofflairs" otoczony pofalowana linia. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in its distinctive shape and surface ornamentation. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the candy in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – the same candy from above, Fig. 3 – the same candy from a side view, and Fig. 4 – the same candy from a front view. As shown in Figs. 1–4, the candy in the industrial design has the shape of an irregular, concave-convex geometric solid, which in a top view resembles the number "eight," while in a side view it has the shape of an inverted "U," and in a front view its upper surface is concave toward its axis of symmetry. On the upper surface of the candy, there is a stylized inscription "Tofflairs" surrounded by a wavy line. Essential features of the industrial design The candy shown in illustrations in fig. 1-4 is characterized by the following: – it has the shape of an irregular geometric solid, concave-convex, which in a top view resembles the number "eight", whereas – in a side view, this solid has the shape of an inverted letter "U", and – in a front view, its upper surface is concave towards its axis of symmetry; – on the upper surface of the candy, there is a stylized inscription "Tofflairs" surrounded by a wavy line.
