Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych nowa postac przedmiotu, prowadzaca do oryginalnego wyeksponowania tworzacych go elementów, a przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym ukladzie linii, grafice oraz barwach poszczególnych odmian wzoru. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of the object, aimed at aesthetic purposes, leading to an original display of its constituent elements, and manifested in the original arrangement of lines, graphics, and colors of individual design variants. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 is a frontal view of all packaging variants, Fig. 2 is a copy of a photograph of the industrial design according to its first variant, Fig. 3 is a copy of a photograph of the industrial design according to its second variant, Fig. 4 is a copy of a photograph of the industrial design according to its third variant, and Fig. 5 is a copy of a photograph of the industrial design according to its fourth variant. The packaging according to the first variant of the industrial design is in the form of a cuboid. On its frontal surface, it has a separated area for the first black text field, with this area bounded by two parallel lines connected at the ends by arcs. The central part of one of the lines bounding the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a white fragment of the surface of the second text field. These lines are bounded by two other parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. A fragment of a circle extends from the straight line extending beyond the first text field. The central part of the second line bounding the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a green fragment of the surface of the third text field, with these surfaces bounded by the sides of a rectangle. The upper surface and the upper fragments of the side walls are orange. The central part of the front surface depicts a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables. The lower fragments of the side surfaces are green. The packaging, according to the second variation of the industrial design, has the shape of a cuboid. On its front surface, it has a black section of the first text field, bounded by two parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. The central part of one of the lines bounding the first text field is overlapped by a white section of the second text field, while this surface is bounded by two other parallel lines connected at its ends by arcs. A fragment of a circle extends from the straight line extending beyond the first text field. The central part of the second line bounding the first text field is overlapped by an orange section of the third text field, bounded by the sides of a rectangle. The upper surface and the upper sections of the side walls are orange. The central part of the front surface depicts a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables. The lower sections of the side surfaces are orange. The packaging, according to the third variation of the industrial design, is in the form of a cuboid. On its front surface, it has a separated area for the first text field, colored black, bounded by two parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. A fragment of the second text field, colored white, overlaps the central part of one of the lines bounding the first text field. These lines are bounded by two other parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. A fragment of a circle extends from the straight line extending beyond the first text field. A fragment of the third text field, colored blue, overlaps the central part of the second line bounding the first text field, bounded by the sides of the rectangle. The top surface and the upper sections of the side walls are colored orange. The central section of the front surface depicts a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables. The lower sections of the side surfaces are colored blue. The packaging, according to the fourth variant of the industrial design, is in the form of a cuboid. On its front surface, it has a separated area for the first text field, in black, bounded by two parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. A fragment of the second text field, in white, overlaps the central part of one of the lines bounding the first text field. These lines are bounded by two other parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs. A fragment of a circle extends from the straight line extending beyond the first text field. A fragment of the third text field, in dark brown, overlaps the central part of the second line bounding the first text field, bounded by the sides of the rectangle. The top surface and the upper sections of the side walls are orange. The central part of the front surface depicts a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables. The packaging according to the first variant of the industrial design, having the form of a cuboid, has the essential features of an industrial design, according to which on its front surface it has a separated surface of the first text field in black, wherein this surface is bounded by two mutually parallel lines, connected at the ends by arcs, furthermore, the central part of one of the lines limiting the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a fragment of the surface of the second text field in white, while these surfaces are bounded by two other mutually parallel lines connected at the ends by arcs, wherein from the straight part extending beyond the first text field a fragment of the surface of the third text field extends, furthermore, the central part of the second of the lines limiting the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a fragment of the surface of the third text field in green, wherein these surfaces are bounded by the sides of the rectangle, wherein the upper surface and the upper fragments of the surfaces of the side walls are orange, while on the central part of the front surface there is a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables, in addition, the lower fragments of the side surfaces are green, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. The packaging according to the second variant of the industrial design, in the form of a cuboid, has the essential figurative features of an industrial design, according to which on the front surface it has a separated surface of the first text field in black, wherein this surface is bounded by two mutually parallel lines, connected at the ends by arcs, in addition, the central part of one of the lines bounding the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a fragment of the surface of the second text field in white, while these surfaces are bounded by two other mutually parallel lines connected at the ends by arcs, in addition, from the straight part extending beyond the first text field, a fragment of the surface of the third text field extends in orange, in addition, the central part of the second of the lines bounding the surface of the first text field, wherein these surfaces are bounded by the sides of a rectangle, while the upper surface and the upper fragments of the surface of the side walls are orange in colour, furthermore, on the central part of the front surface there is a lettuce leaf with arranged bread on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables, wherein the lower fragments of the surface of the sides are orange in colour, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. 3. The packaging according to the third variant of the industrial design having the form of a cuboid has the essential formal features of an industrial design, according to which on the front surface it has a separated surface of the first text field in black, wherein this surface is bounded by two mutually parallel lines, connected at the ends by arcs, furthermore, the central part of one of the lines bounding the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a fragment of the surface of the second text field in white, while these surfaces are bounded by two other mutually parallel lines connected at the ends by arcs, wherein the part a fragment of a circle extends from the straight line extending beyond the first text field, in addition, the central part of the second straight line limiting the surface of the first text field is overlapped by a fragment of the surface of the third text field in blue, wherein this surface is limited by the sides of the rectangle, while the upper surface and the upper fragments of the surface of the side walls are orange, in addition, on the central part of the front surface there is a lettuce leaf with arranged bread on which a bouquet of vegetables rests, while the lower fragments of the surface of the sides are blue, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 4. 4. The packaging according to the fourth variant of the industrial design in the form of a cuboid has the essential formal features of an industrial design, according to which on the front surface it has a separated surface of the first text field in black, wherein this surface is limited by two mutually parallel straight lines connected at the ends by arcs, in addition, on the central part of one of the lines limiting the surface of the first text field overlaps with a white fragment of the surface of the second text field, while these surfaces are bounded by two other parallel lines connected at their ends by arcs, whereby a fragment of a circle extends from the straight part extending beyond the first text field, and in addition, the central part of the second of the lines limiting the surface of the first text field overlaps with a dark brown fragment of the surface of the third text field, these surfaces being bounded by the sides of a rectangle, in addition, the upper surface and the upper fragments of the surfaces of the side walls are orange, in addition, on the central part of the front surface there is a lettuce leaf with bread arranged on it, on which rests a bouquet of vegetables, while the lower fragments of the surfaces of the sides are dark brown, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 and Fig. 5.
