Dywan II Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 04.02.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie charakterystycznymi elementami oraz liniami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig. 1 i fig. 2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z czterech duzych spiralnych elementów w czesci srodkowej dywanu. Jeden z tych elementów wypelniony jest motywem koralików w ksztalcie spirali. Pozostale trzy elementy sa spiralami o liniach ciaglych przy czym dwa wypelnione sa kolorami jednolitymi o róznychodcieniach, zas trzeci z nich posiada wzór w postaci róznorodnych kropek. Wszystkie cztery elementy polozone sa na liniach biegnacych ukosnie od góry do dolu oraz po dwie linie poprzeczne. W czesci srodkowej dolnej znajduja sie trzy linie wykonane odrecznie. Na srodkowej linii umieszczone sa róznobarwne wspólsrodkowe elementy, na górnej jedno wiazanie boczne zas na dolnej linii dwa wiazania. Wiazanie boczne znajduje sie tez na najwyzej polozonej linii a róznobarwne elementy wystepuja tez na liniach srodkowych poprzecznych. Linie ukosne tez posiadaja charakterystyczne zakonczenia. Cala kompozycje zamyka szeroka rama w jednolitym kolorze. Szczególny efekt zdobniczy uzyskuje sie poprzez zestawienie odpowiednich kolorów elementów i tla dywanu. PL PL PLCarpet II. The industrial design registration right is valid from February 4, 2002. The industrial design is a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested by characteristic elements and lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Figures 1 and 2. The carpet, based on the industrial design, is a composition consisting of four large spiral elements in the center of the carpet. One of these elements is filled with a spiral-shaped bead motif. The remaining three elements are spirals with continuous lines, two of which are filled with solid colors in various shades, while the third has a pattern of various dots. All four elements are located on lines running diagonally from top to bottom, and two crosswise. The lower central section features three hand-drawn lines. The central line features multicolored concentric elements, the upper line features one lateral binding, and the lower line features two lateral bindings. A lateral binding is also located on the uppermost line, and multicolored elements also appear on the transverse central lines. The diagonal lines also have distinctive endings. The entire composition is completed by a wide, solid-colored frame. A distinctive decorative effect is achieved by combining the appropriate colors of the elements and the rug's background.
