Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie charakterystycznymi elementami oraz liniami. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje centralna, w której na gladkim tle znajduje sie prostokat wpisany w drugi prostokat, a calosc wypelniona jest precyzyjnym wzorem malarsko - graficznym. Kompozycje dopelniaja dwa pasy z form w ksztalcie klinów umieszczone poziomo w czesci górnej i dolnej. The industrial design registration right is valid from February 4, 2002. The industrial design is a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested by characteristic elements and lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Figures 1 and 2. The carpet, based on the industrial design, is a central composition in which a rectangle inscribed within another rectangle is placed on a plain background, and the whole is filled with a precise painterly and graphic pattern. The composition is complemented by two wedge-shaped stripes placed horizontally at the top and bottom. The whole is enclosed by a thin frame. A special decorative effect is achieved by combining appropriate colors of the elements and the carpet's background. PL PL PL
