Dywan II Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 16.08.2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest dywan przeznaczony do pomieszczen mieszkalnych i biurowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie charakterystycznymi elementami oraz liniami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.l. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z prostokata w czesci srodkowej dywanu wypelnionego delikatnym rysunkiem, z akcentem na uproszczony lisc oraz odrecznie wykonane kreski - linie. Calosc dopelniaja kwadraty wypelnione rysunkiem linearnym umiejscowione w szerokiej ramie zamykajacej cala kompozycje.Szczególny efekt zdobniczy zaslony uzyskuja poprzez zestawienie odpowiednich kolorów elementów i tla dywanu. The industrial design is a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested by characteristic elements and lines. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material in Fig. 1. The carpet, according to the industrial design, is a composition consisting of a rectangle in the center of the carpet filled with a delicate drawing, with an emphasis on a simplified leaf and hand-drawn lines. The whole is complemented by squares filled with a linear drawing, placed in a wide frame enclosing the entire composition.
