Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie elementów i fakturze powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym wedlug fig.1 oraz fig.2. Dywan wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi kompozycje skladajaca sie z migotliwej, perlistej faktury bedacej impresja na temat odbic swiatla. Na tle faktury umieszczone sa kwadraty w róznych kolorach oraz male odrecznie wykonane okienka oraz kwadrat w czesci srodkowej. Calosc kompozycji zamknieta jest cienka ramka w ksztalcie prostokata lub owalu.Szczególny efekt zdobniczy zaslony uzyskuja poprzez zestawienie odpowiednich kolorów elementów i tla dywanu. The industrial design is a carpet intended for residential and office spaces. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of elements and surface texture. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The carpet, based on the industrial design, is a composition consisting of a shimmering, pearly texture that is an impression of light reflections. The texture is backgrounded with squares in various colors, small hand-made windows, and a square in the center. The entire composition is enclosed by a thin rectangular or oval frame. The curtains achieve a special decorative effect through the combination of appropriate colors of the elements and the carpet background.
