Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie elementów ozdobnych, motywach imion, ukladzie linii i kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym w oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej, na których fig.l przedstawia lizak krazkowy wielobarwny z motywem slownym „ADAS" w oryginalnej wersji kolorystycznej w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 2- ten sam lizak w widoku z tylu. Lizak krazkowy pokazany na fig. 1 i 2 ma ksztalt krazka stanowiacego walec o malej jego wysokosci, na którego obu jego powierzchniach czolowych umieszczone sa identyczne elementy ozdobne, za wyjatkiem motywu slownego „ADAS", który na drugiej przeciwleglej powierzchni czolowej stanowi jego lustrzane odbicie. The industrial design is a multicolored disc lollipop with a word motif, particularly a human name, plant name, animal name, or fairy-tale name, made of caramel mass. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in its shape, arrangement of decorative elements, name motifs, line layout, and color scheme. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations in its original color version. Figure 1 shows a multicolored disc lollipop with the word motif "ADAS" in its original color version from a perspective view, and Figure 2 shows the same lollipop from the back. The disc lollipop shown in Figures 1 and 2 has the shape of a disc which is a cylinder of small height, on both of its front surfaces there are identical decorative elements, except for the word motif "ADAS", which is its mirror image on the other opposite front surface. This lollipop is a ring-shaped element with adjacent multi-colored striped elements of irregular shapes on its cylindrical surface in the colors of pink and its shades, to which on both faces adhere white elements of irregular shapes, separated from each other by larger elements of irregular shapes in light yellow with short red lines surrounded by an orange border so that their inner surfaces are surrounded by a broken line in the shape of a polygon, inside which there is a white field on which the inscription "ADAS" is written in large orange letters. The lollipop shown in fig. 1-2 is provided with a stick embedded in the side surface of the disc and opposite the word motif. Essential features of the industrial design A multi-coloured disc lollipop with a word motif, especially concerning the name of a human being, the name of a plant, the name of an animal, or the names of fairy-tales, made of caramel mass shown in fig. 1 and 2 is characterised by the following: - it has the shape of a disc in the form of a cylinder of a small height, on both of its front surfaces identical decorative elements are placed, except for the word motif "ADAS", which on the other opposite front surface is its mirror image, wherein the lollipop is an annular element having on the cylindrical surface adjacent multi-coloured band elements of irregular shapes in the colours: pink and its shades, to which on both fronts adhere white elements of irregular shapes separated from each other by larger elements of irregular shapes in light yellow with short red lines surrounded orange border so that their inner surfaces are surrounded by a broken line with a shape similar to a polygon, inside which there is a white field with the inscription "ADAS" written in large orange letters.
