KOMPLET NAKLADEK NA DONICZKI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy i oryginalny komplet nakladek na doniczki przejawiajacy sie w uksztaltowaniu powierzchni, barw, linii, ornamentacji oraz wzajemnym powiazaniu elementów tworzacych wzór. Komplet nakladek na doniczki posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia kwiatu z liscmi, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig l - 9. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. l posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia kwiatu rozwinietej, pomaranczowo - zólto - bialej rózy z rózowym srodkiem z fragmentem lodygi i duzym lisciem, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 2 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia dwóch kwiatów róz pomaranczowo-rózowych, przy czym jedna róza jest rozwinieta, a druga w paku, zas kazda z nich posiada oddzielna lodyge i liscie, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 3 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia stylizowanego, duzego, czerwono-pomaranczowego kwiatu z zóltym srodkiem, kawalkiem zielonej lodygi i duzym lisciem, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 3. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 4 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia jasnego stylizowanego kwiatu o pieciu platkach i wyraznie odznaczonym nierównym srodku, przy czym kwiat posiada gruba lodyge i dwa liscie, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 4.Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 5 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia dwóch jasnych stylizowanych kwiatów o pieciu platkach i wyraznie odznaczonym, nierównym srodku, przy czym kazdy kwiat ma oddzielna lodyge i liscie, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 5. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 6 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia stylizowanego pomaranczowego kwiatu z okraglym srodkiem, przy czym kwiat posiada prosta lodyge, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 6. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 7 i 7a posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia trzech stylizowanych kwiatów, z których dwa sa zwiniete, przy czym kazdy z nich posiada oddzielna lodyge i liscie przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 7,7a. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 8 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia dwóch stylizowanych kwiatów, z których jeden jest zwiniety, przy czym kazdy z nich posiada oddzielna lodyge i liscie, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np: zielonym, niebieskim, kremowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 8. Nakladka na doniczke przedstawiona na fig. 9 posiada istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego w postaci wypuklego zdobienia wielu stylizowanych bialo-zóltych kwiatów z czerwonym srodkiem o wspólnej lodydze i lisciach, przy czym tak uksztaltowany element dekoracyjny umieszczony jest w grubej, nieregularnej, czworokatnej, ciemnozielonej ramce i moze byc umieszczony na tle o dowolnym kolorze np.: zóltym, zielonym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 9. PL PL PLSET OF FLOWERPOT COVERS The subject of the industrial design is a new and original set of flowerpot covers, manifesting itself in the shape of the surface, colors, lines, ornamentation and the mutual connection of the elements creating the pattern. The set of flowerpot covers has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of a flower with leaves, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1-9. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 1 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of a flower of an open, orange, yellow and white rose with a pink center with a fragment of a stem and a large leaf, and such a shaped decorative element can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 2 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of two flowers of orange and pink roses, one rose is open and the other is in a bud, and each of them has a separate stem and leaves, and such a shaped the decorative element can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 3 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of a stylized, large, red-orange flower with a yellow center, a piece of a green stem and a large leaf, and the decorative element shaped in this way can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 4 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of a light, stylized flower with five petals and a clearly marked, uneven center, and the flower has a thick stem and two leaves, and the decorative element shaped in this way can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 4. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 5 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of two light stylized flowers with five petals and a clearly marked, uneven center, wherein each flower has a separate stem and leaves, and such a shaped decorative element can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 5. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 6 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of a stylized orange flower with a round center, wherein the flower has a straight stem, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 6. The flowerpot cover shown in fig. 7 and 7a has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of three stylized flowers, two of which are rolled up, each of them having a separate stem and leaves, and the decorative element shaped in this way can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 7,7a. The flowerpot cover shown in Fig. 8 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of two stylized flowers, one of which is rolled up, each of them having a separate stem and leaves, and the decorative element shaped in this way can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. green, blue, cream, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 8. The flowerpot cover shown in Fig. 9 has significant features of an industrial design in the form of a convex decoration of many stylized white and yellow flowers with a red center and a common stem and leaves, and the decorative element shaped in this way is placed in a thick, irregular, quadrangular, dark green frame and can be placed on a background of any color, e.g. yellow, green, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 9.
