Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób jubilerski przeznaczony do odznaczania laurem, który stanowi wizerunek nagrody przyznawanej wybitnym i zasluzonym osobistosciom przez Regionalna Izbe Gospodarcza w Katowicach. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu jubilerskiego przeznaczonego do odznaczania laurem, przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem, ukladem linii ksztaltowaniem powierzchni i barwie nadajac wyrobowi swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Wyrób jubilerski do odznaczania laurem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, ma charakterystyczny ksztalt zblizony do tarczy herbowej. Tarcza z trzech stron obwiedziona jest dekoracyjnym ornamentem. W górnej czesci tarczy na ozdobnie uksztaltowanym i odznaczajacym sie polu umieszczony jest okragly diament. Na tarczy wytloczony jest wzór galazki drzewa laurowego z liscmi rozmieszczonymi pierzasto po obu stronach lodygi i lisciem wienczacym lodyge. Na tarczy wygrawerowany jest napis „Diamentowy Laur".Wyrób jubilerski do odznaczania laurem, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii, na której na fig. 1 przedstawiono wyrób w widoku ogólnym. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jewelry intended for decoration with a laurel, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, surface shaping, and color, giving the product a unique and original appearance. The jewelry piece for decoration with a laurel, according to the industrial design, has a characteristic shape similar to a heraldic shield. The shield is bordered on three sides with decorative ornamentation. In the upper part of the shield, a round diamond is set in a decoratively shaped and distinctive field. The shield is embossed with a design of a laurel branch with leaves arranged in a pinnate pattern on either side of the stem and a leaf crowning the stem. The inscription "Diamond Laurel" is engraved on the shield. The jewelry product for decorating with a laurel, according to the industrial design, is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the product in a general view. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. A characteristic shape similar to a coat of arms. 2. The shield is surrounded by a decorative ornament on three sides. 3. In the upper part of the shield, on a decoratively shaped and distinctive field, a round diamond is placed. 4. The shield is embossed with a pattern of a laurel branch with leaves arranged in a pinnate manner on both sides of the stem and a leaf crowning the stem. 5.
