Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii, na której FIG 1, przedstawia swiece o ksztalcie kwiatu lotosu w widoku perspektywicznym, FIG 2 z góry natomiast FIG 3 przedstawia swiece w pelnej kolorystyce. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jak uwidoczniono na fotografiach, swieca przypomina kwiat lotosu w fazie rozwijania. Poszczególne platki kwiatu ukladaja w kwiat lotosu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the luminous product, manifested in its shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph, in which FIG. 1 shows the lotus-shaped candle in a perspective view, FIG. 2 from above, and FIG. 3 shows the candle in full color. According to the industrial design, as shown in the photographs, the candle resembles a lotus flower in the unfolding phase. The individual petals of the flower form a lotus blossom. The outer petals form the Grupa LOTOS logo, as shown in FIG 2. Lotus candles are dyed in colors derived from the Grupa LOTOS corporate colors: red, blue, and yellow, as shown in FIG 3. The candle's outer coating has a frosted texture, thus emphasizing the natural, individual character of the product. The essential features of the Lotus Flower Candle industrial design result from the use of the original lotus flower shape in the production of the candle. The outer petals form the Grupa LOTOS logo and the candle's corporate colors (derivatives of red, blue, and yellow) give the product a unique character.
