Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bluzka z motywami ozdobnymi. Powszechnie znane sa róznego typu bluzki zawierajace zdobienia w postaci motywów roslinnych, figuralnych lub fantazyjnych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac bluzek przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie i charakterze motywów ozdobnych, nadajacych im oryginalny wyglad. Bluzki z rekawami i kolnierzykiem, zapinane na przodzie, posiadaja mo- tywy ozdobne w górnej czesci przodów, usytuowane ponizej karczku lub w po- blizu kolnierza oraz jezeli rekawy zakonczone sa mankietami, równiez w pobli- zu mankietów. Kazdy motyw ozdobny zawiera jedna, dwie lub trzy fantazyjne faliste linie oraz kilka usytuowanych w poblizu linii malych polyskliwych elementów. Faliste linie róznia sie faktura i/lub kolorem od materialu bluzki. Various types of blouses featuring floral, figurative, or fanciful decorations are widely known. The essence of the design is the novelty of the blouse, manifested in the arrangement and character of the decorative motifs, giving them an original appearance. Blouses with sleeves and a collar, buttoned at the front, feature decorative motifs at the upper front, located below the yoke or near the collar, and if the sleeves end with cuffs, also near the cuffs. Each decorative motif contains one, two, or three fanciful wavy lines and several small, shiny elements located near the lines. The wavy lines differ in texture and/or color from the blouse material. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the blouse with two decorative motifs near the collar and one at the cuffs of the short sleeves, and Fig. 2 - decorative motifs located near the collar, containing one wavy line and four shiny elements, and Fig. 3 - decorative motif near the cuff, containing one wavy line and two shiny elements, blouses according to the first variant, Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the blouse with decorative motifs below the yoke, and Fig. 5 - decorative motif located below the yoke, in the form of two wavy lines and five shiny elements, blouses according to the second variant, Fig. 6 shows the third variant of the blouse with decorative motifs below the yoke, and Fig. 7 - decorative motif located below the yoke, in the form of three wavy lines and five shiny elements, blouses according to the third variant, Fig. 8 shows the fourth variant of the blouse with decorative motifs near the collar and cuffs of the 3/4 sleeve, and Fig. 9 - a decorative motif near the cuff of the 3/4 sleeve, containing one wavy line and two shiny elements, while Fig. 10 - decorative motifs located near the collar, containing one wavy line and four shiny elements, blouses according to the fourth and fifth variants, Fig. 11 shows the fifth variant of the blouse with decorative motifs near the collar and cuffs of the long sleeves, and Fig. 12 - a decorative motif near the cuff of the long sleeve, containing one wavy line and two shiny elements of the blouse according to the fifth variant. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variation are a blouse with decorative motifs near the collar and cuffs of the short sleeves, the motifs near the collar comprising one wavy line and four shiny elements, and the motifs near the cuffs comprising one wavy line and two shiny elements, as shown in the attached illustrative material Figs. 1, 2, 3.
