Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest bluzka z motywami ozdobnymi. Powszechnie znane sa rózne fasony bluzek zawierajace zdobienia w postaci motywów roslinnych, figuralnych lub fantazyjnych. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac bluzki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, ksztaltów i konturów oraz charakterze motywów ozdobnych, nadajacych im oryginalny wyglad. Bluzki z rekawami i kolnierzykiem, zapinane na 0, posiadaja mo- tywy ozdobne przy lezkowatym dekolcie ponizej kolnierza oraz wycieciach o ksztalcie lezki przy mankietach rekawów, przy czym motyw ozdobny stanowi maly polyskliwy element otoczony linia o ksztalcie spirali zakonczonej pólksie- zycem. Linie róznia sie faktura i/lub kolorem od materialu bluzki. Various blouse styles are widely known, incorporating embellishments in the form of floral, figurative, or fanciful motifs. The essence of the design is a new form of the blouse, manifested in the arrangement of lines, shapes, and contours, as well as the nature of the decorative motifs, giving them an original appearance. Blouses with sleeves and a collar, fastened with a button, feature decorative motifs at the teardrop neckline below the collar and teardrop-shaped cutouts at the sleeve cuffs. The decorative motif is a small, shiny element surrounded by a spiral line ending in a crescent moon. The lines differ in texture and/or color from the blouse material. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the pattern, which is a blouse fastened at the front with short sleeves, a collar and a teardrop-shaped neckline finished with a wide pleat and cutouts in the shape of an inverted teardrop above the sleeve cuffs, where on both sides of the neckline and at the cutouts on the sleeves there are decorative motifs in the form of a small shiny element surrounded by a spiral line and a crescent moon, Fig. 2 - a fragment of the front with a neckline and decorative motifs, Fig. 3 - a sleeve with a cutout and a decorative motif, a blouse according to the first variation, while Fig. 4 shows the second variation of the pattern, which is a blouse fastened at the front with long sleeves, a collar and a teardrop-shaped neckline finished with a wide pleat and cutouts. in the shape of an inverted teardrop above the sleeve cuffs, with decorative motifs in the form of a small shiny element surrounded by a spiral line and a crescent moon on both sides of the neckline and at the sleeve cutouts, fig. 5 - fragment of the front with neckline and decorative motifs, fig. 6 - sleeve with cutout and decorative motifs, blouses according to the second variant. The essential features of the industrial design according to the first variant are a blouse with short sleeves, a collar and a teardrop neckline finished with a wide pleat, with an inverted teardrop-shaped cutout above the sleeve cuffs, with four decorative motifs in the form of a small shiny element surrounded by a spiral line and a crescent moon on each side of the neckline and one on each side of the sleeve cutouts, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, 2, 3. The essential features of the industrial design according to the second variant are a blouse with long sleeves, a collar and a teardrop-shaped neckline finished with a wide pleat, fastened at the front, having a cutout in the shape of an inverted teardrop above the cuffs of the sleeves, where on both sides of the neckline there are four decorative motifs in the form of a small shiny element surrounded by a spiral line and a crescent moon, and three at the cutouts on the sleeves, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 4, 5, 6.
