Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci kompozycji kwiatów w dwóch kolorach umieszczonych na tle. Kwiaty umieszczone sa na wyginajacych sie lodygach z liscmi. Liscie wykonane sa w dwóch kolorach. Czesc lisci jest podluzna, zblizona ksztaltem do pnacz wijacych sie z lodygi. Czesc lisci ma ksztalty zblizone do elipsy i czesc z nich posiada wyciecie w srodku odpowiadajace ksztaltem konturom lisci. Paki kwiatów skladaja sie z cienkich wijacych sie platków rozmieszczonych naokolo glówki kwiatu i skierowanych na zewnatrz. Srodki kwiatów sa w odcieniu innym niz ich platki zewnetrzne, przy czym w kwiatach o platkach w kazdym z dwóch kolorów srodki kwiatów maja zblizony kolor. Kwiaty w dwóch kolorach rozmieszczone sa na materiale w rzedach. W kazdym rzedzie znajduja sie kwiaty w jednym kolorze a w rzedach z nim sasiadujacych - kwiaty w drugim kolorze. Kwiaty w rzedach ulozone sa w ten sposób, ze kwiatom w jednym rzedzie odpowiadaja przerwy miedzy kwiatami w rzedach sasiednich. Rzedy kwiatów umieszczone sa na materiale w regularnych sekwencjach tworzac oryginalna i nowa kompozycje. The material is intended to be used as upholstery, especially for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the composition and colors of the elements creating the pattern. The material according to the industrial design has a pattern in the form of a composition of flowers in two colors placed on a background. The flowers are placed on bending stems with leaves. The leaves are made in two colors. Some of the leaves are elongated, similar in shape to vines winding from the stem. Some of the leaves have shapes similar to an ellipse and some of them have a cutout in the middle corresponding to the shape of the contours of the leaves. The flower buds consist of thin, winding petals arranged around the flower head and directed outwards. The centers of the flowers are in a different shade than their outer petals, and in flowers with petals in each of two colors, the centers of the flowers are of a similar color. Flowers in two colors are arranged on the material in rows. In each row there are flowers in one color and in the rows adjacent to it - flowers in the other color. The flowers in the rows are arranged in such a way that the flowers in one row correspond to the gaps between the flowers in the adjacent rows. The rows of flowers are placed on the material in regular sequences, creating an original and new composition. The material according to the industrial design is presented in four colour versions in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a version with different shades of grey and blue, Fig. 2 shows the first colour version of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second colour version of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third colour version of the material with a pattern, The industrial design, apart from the version with shades of grey, in which white and grey flowers with a shade of blue, with grey centres, are placed on a grey background and the flower stems and leaves are in shades of grey, has three varieties: - the first variety, in which flowers with grey and black petals with light grey centres are placed on a cream background, and the flower stems and leaves are grey and dark cream, - the second variety, in which flowers with brown and dark burgundy petals with centres in a shade of brown are placed on a dark brown background and the stems and leaves are in shades of brown, - the third variety, in which the flowers with grey and light yellow petals with cream centres are placed on a cream background and the stems and leaves are in shades of cream.
