The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, features a pattern in the form of strips of figures representing flowers arranged in a regular pattern on a multicolored background. One strip consists of figures representing the outlines of flowers with densely arranged small petals. The flowers are clustered in bunches of several in each, with their heads facing in different directions. The second strip consists of figures representing the outlines of flowers with larger, more sparsely clustered petals. Some of the petals of the largest flower are filled with color, and the interior of some flowers is shaded with a lighter color than the outlines. The shading extends beyond the flower outlines in places and overlaps the adjacent strip, creating a leaf-like effect. The flowers are clustered in clusters of several flowers each, with their heads pointing in different directions, partially overlapping the adjacent strip of smaller flowers. The flower clusters in both strips are arranged regularly next to each other, creating a repeating composition on the fabric. The background on which the stripes are placed consists of parallel, thin strips of fabric in various colors, creating an even shading effect. The entire background surface is iridescent. The material according to the industrial design is presented in five color variants in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, The industrial design, apart from the black and white version, has four variants: - the first variant, in which the outlines of the flowers are made in brown, the shading of the parts inside the flowers turning into leaves is in gray and the background is in shades of white, gold and light brown; - the second variety, in which the flower outlines are made in dark brown, the shading of the parts inside the flowers that turn into the leaves is graphite, and the background is in shades of white, gold, light brown, and brown; - the third variety, in which the flower outlines are made in red, the shading of the parts inside the flowers that turn into the leaves is cream, and the background is in shades of white, gold, and light brown; - the fourth variety, in which the flower outlines are made in white, the shading of the parts inside the flowers that turn into the leaves is cream, and the background is in shades of white, gold, and light brown. The essential features of an industrial design are that: - the material has a pattern in the form of strips of figures representing flowers arranged in a regular manner on a multi-coloured background;3 - one strip consists of figures representing the outlines of flowers with densely arranged small petals; the flowers are grouped in bunches of several in each, and their heads are directed in different directions; - the second strip consists of figures representing the outlines of flowers with larger, more sparsely grouped petals; some of the petals of the largest flower are filled with colour and the interior of some flowers is shaded with a lighter colour than the outlines; - the shading in places goes beyond the outlines of the flowers and overlaps the neighbouring strip, creating the shape of leaves on it; - the flowers are grouped in bunches of several in each, and their heads are directed in different directions, partially overlapping the neighbouring strip of smaller flowers; - bunches of flowers in both stripes are arranged regularly next to each other, creating a repeating composition on the material; - the background on which the stripes are placed consists of parallel thin strips of material in different colors, which gives the effect of even shading; - the entire surface of the background is opalescent.
