PL 23871 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do mebli ta- picerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny obiciowej, przejawiajaca sie w splocie tka- niny oraz kolorystyce. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono w postaci próbek tkaniny na fig. 1 do fig. 10. Tkanina obiciowa wedlug wzoru ma postac dzianiny wykonanej z przedzy poliestrowej i przed- stawia wzór w postaci niewielkich kwadracików, o krótko przycietym wlosiu, usytuowanych jeden obok drugiego w ukosnych rzedach. Dwa kolory przedzy uzytej do wykonania jednej postaci dzianiny tworza melanz kolorystyczny jak pokazano na fig. 1 do fig. 10. W pierwszej odmianie tkanina ma kolor bezowy, przy czym melanz tworza kolory bezowe w jasniejszym i ciemniejszym odcieniu jak pokazano na fig. 1. W odmianie drugiej tkanina ma kolor jasno brazowy, przy czym melanz tworza kolory brazowe w ja- sniejszym i ciemniejszym odcieniu jak pokazano na fig. 2. W trzeciej odmianie tkanina ma kolor ciemno brazowy, przy czym melanz tworza kolory ciemnego brazu w jasniejszym i ciemniejszym odcieniu jak pokazano na fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of upholstery fabric, manifested in the fabric weave and colors. The subject of the design is presented in the form of fabric samples in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10. The upholstery fabric according to the design has the form of a knit made of polyester yarn and presents a pattern in the form of small squares, with short-cut pile, located one next to the other in diagonal rows. The two colors of yarn used to make one form of knitted fabric form a color melange as shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 10. In the first variation, the fabric is beige in color, the melange being formed by beige colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. 1. In the second variation, the fabric is light brown in color, the melange being formed by brown colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variation, the fabric is dark brown in color, the melange being formed by dark brown colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variation, the fabric is light green in color, the melange being formed by green colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. 4. In the fifth variation, the fabric is dark green in color, the melange being formed by darker green colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. 5. In the sixth variation, the fabric is dark green in color, the melange being formed by darker green colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in Fig. In the first version, the fabric has a light shade of grey, where the melange is made up of white and grey colours as shown in Fig. 6. In the seventh version, the fabric has a light shade of beige-grey, where the melange is made up of grey and beige colours as shown in Fig. 7. In the eighth version, the fabric has a darker shade of grey, where the melange is made up of grey colours in lighter and darker shades as shown in Fig. 8. In the ninth version, the fabric has a dark shade of grey, where the melange is made up of grey colours in dark shades as shown in Fig. 9. In the tenth version, the fabric has a very dark shade of grey, where the melange is made up of grey colours in dark shades and graphite as shown in Fig. 9. Essential features of the pattern: 1. The upholstery fabric according to the pattern has the form of a knitted fabric made of polyester yarn and presents a pattern in the form of small squares with a short trimmed bristles, arranged one next to the other in diagonal rows. The two colors of yarn used to make one form of knitted fabric create a color melange as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 10. 2. In the first variant, the fabric has a beige color, wherein the melange is formed by beige colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 1. 3. In the second variant, the fabric has a light brown color, wherein the melange is formed by brown colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 2. 4. In the third variant, the fabric has a dark brown color, wherein the melange is formed by dark brown colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 3. 5. In the fourth variant, the fabric has a light green color, wherein the melange is formed by green colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 4. 6. In the fifth variant, the fabric has a dark green color, wherein the melange is formed by darker green colors in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 7. In the sixth variation, the fabric has a light shade of grey, the melange being formed by white and grey colours as shown in fig. 6. 8. In the seventh variation, the fabric has a light shade of beige grey, the melange being formed by grey and beige colours as shown in fig. 7. 9. In the eighth variation, the fabric has a darker shade of grey, the melange being formed by grey colours in a lighter and darker shade as shown in fig. 8. 10.
