Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci wsteg w dwóch kolorach umieszczonych na jednobarwnym tle. Wstegi maja nieregularny ksztalt, zwezajac lub rozszerzajac sie na swojej dlugosci. W szerszych fragmentach wsteg znajduja sie podluzne wyciecia tworzace efekt wielosci wsteg. Na calej dlugosci wsteg wystepuja podluzne prazki. Wstegi maja ksztalt nieregularnych fal, wijacych sie na tle. Wstegi w tym samym kolorze, jak i wstegi o odmiennych kolorach nakladaja sie i przeplataja sie ze soba na tle w regularnych sekwencjach tworzac desen na materiale. The fabric is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the design. The fabric, according to the industrial design, features a pattern in the form of ribbons in two colors placed on a single-color background. The ribbons have an irregular shape, narrowing or widening along their length. The wider sections of the ribbons contain longitudinal cutouts, creating the effect of multiple ribbons. Longitudinal stripes run along the entire length of the ribbons. The ribbons have the shape of irregular waves, curling against the background. Ribbons of the same color, as well as ribbons of different colors, overlap and intertwine on the background in regular sequences, creating a pattern on the fabric. The material according to the industrial design is presented in six color variants in the illustrations, in which: Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version with shades of gray, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version with shades of grey, has five colour variations: - the first variation, in which the cream and purple ribbons are placed on a grey background, - the second variation, in which the light brown and brown ribbons are placed on a dark brown background, - the third variation, in which the light brown and dark brown ribbons are placed on a grey background, - the fourth variation, in which the light brown and dark brown ribbons are placed on a cream background, - the fifth variation, in which the light brown and cream ribbons are placed on a cream background.
