Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material prze- znaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczynkowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolory- styce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci tla skladajacego sie z waskich pasków, na którym umieszczone sa figury kwiatów i lisci w jasniejszym niz tlo kolorze. Na czesc figur nachodza figury kwiatów i lisci w dwóch kolorach powtarzajace sie sekwencyjnie, w taki sposób, ze tworza pasy naprzemiennie umieszczone na tle. Sekwencje w kazdym z pasów skladaja sie z czterech kwiatów róznej wielkosci oraz liscia, a w przypadku jednego z pasów - dwóch lisci. Kwiaty sa róznej wielkosci, przy czym najwiekszy z nich wypelniony jest calkowicie kolorem, a trzy mniejsze kwiaty i liscie maja desen w postaci kratki róznej wielkosci. The fabric is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements forming the design. The fabric, according to the industrial design, features a background pattern composed of narrow stripes, on which are placed figures of flowers and leaves in a lighter color than the background. Some of the figures are overlapped by figures of flowers and leaves in two colors, repeating sequentially, creating alternating stripes on the background. The sequences in each stripe consist of four flowers of different sizes and a leaf, and in the case of one stripe, two leaves. The flowers are of different sizes, with the largest one being completely filled with color, and the three smaller flowers and leaves having a grid pattern of different sizes.
