Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce elementów tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci powtarzalnych platków kwiatów w kilku kolorach. Platki maja rózna wielkosc - od najmniej- szych poprzez srednie do wiekszych i rózna sekwencje kolorów - obrys jasniej- szy lub ciemniejszy z jasniejszym lub ciemniejszym wypelnieniem a ponadto samo wypelnienie jasniejsze lub ciemniejsze bez obrysu. Wzór przemyslowy, oprócz wersji czarno-bialej, ma piec odmian: - odmiane pierwsza posiadajaca platki w kolorze bezowym i brazowym; - odmiane druga posiadajaca platki w kolorze pomaranczowym, brazowym i czerwonym;- odmiane trzecia pósiadajaca platki w kolorze jasnobrazowym i ciemnobrazowymi - odmiane czwarta posiadajaca platki w kolorze zielonym i czarnym; - odmiane piata posiadajaca platki w kolorze rózowym i czarnym. The fabric is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the elements that make up the design. The fabric, according to the industrial design, features a pattern of repetitive flower petals in several colors. The petals vary in size—from the smallest, through medium, to larger—and in varying color sequences—a lighter or darker outline with a lighter or darker fill, and the fill itself is lighter or darker without an outline. The arrangement of the petals on the fabric repeats so that they define a regular pattern. The material according to the industrial design is presented in six color variants in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in a black and white version, Fig. 2 shows the first color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth color variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth color variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design, in addition to the black and white version, has five variants: - the first variant with beige and brown petals; - the second variant with orange, brown and red petals;- the third variant with light brown and dark brown petals - the fourth variant with green and black petals; - the fifth variety with pink and black petals. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of repeating flower petals, with the petals varying in size from the smallest through medium to larger, and a different color sequence - a lighter or darker outline with a lighter or darker fill, and also a lighter or darker fill without an outline, while the petal arrangement on the material is repeated so that they define a regular pattern.
