Material obiciowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest material obiciowy z deseniem. Material przeznaczony jest do wykorzystywania jako obicie, zwlaszcza mebli wypoczyn- kowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w kompozycji i kolorystyce pasków tworzacych desen. Material wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada desen w postaci równoleglych do siebie pasków w czterech kolorach. Paski ulozone sa w ten sposób, iz ten sam kolor paska powtarza sie co cztery paski. Kolory pasków ulozone sa w za- leznosci od ich natezenia - od koloru najjasniejszego do koloru najciemniejsze- go. Schemat ulozenia pasków na materiale powtarza sie regularnie, tak, ze po pasku o najjasniejszym kolorze, znajduje sie pasek o ciemniejszym kolorze, nastepnie pasek o jeszcze ciemniejszym kolorze, po którym z kolei znajduje sie pasek o najciemniejszym kolorze. The material is intended for use as upholstery, particularly for lounge furniture. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident in the composition and color scheme of the stripes that make up the pattern. The material, according to the industrial design, features a pattern of parallel stripes in four colors. The stripes are arranged so that the same color repeats every four stripes. The stripes' colors are arranged according to their intensity—from the lightest color to the darkest. The pattern of stripe arrangement on the material repeats regularly, so that after the lightest stripe there is a darker stripe, then an even darker stripe, followed by the darkest stripe. The darkest stripe, in turn, adjoins the lightest stripe of the next set of stripes. The material according to the industrial design is presented in six color variants in the drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the material with a pattern, in black and white, Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 4 shows the third variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 5 shows the fourth variant of the material with a pattern, Fig. 6 shows the fifth variant of the material with a pattern. The industrial design has five variants: - the first variant with stripes in the following colours: cream, light brown, brown and dark brown; - the second variant with stripes in the following colours: cream, orange, brown and dark brown; - the third variant with stripes in the following colours: orange, dark orange, brown and dark brown; - the fourth variety has stripes in the following colours: pale green, light green, green and dark green; - the fifth variety has stripes in the following colours: white, light brown, dark brown and black. The essential features of the industrial design are that the material has a pattern in the form of parallel stripes in four colors, which are arranged in such a way that the same color of the strip is repeated every four stripes, and the colors of the stripes are arranged depending on their intensity - from the lightest color to the darkest color, and the pattern of the stripes arrangement on the material is repeated regularly, so that after the lightest color strip there is a strip of a darker color, then a strip of an even darker color, after which there is a strip of the darkest color, and the darkest color strip is adjacent to the lightest strip of the next set of stripes.
