Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wzorzysta tkanina z dekoracyjnymi motywami, przeznaczona w szczególnosci do stosowania jako tkanina obiciowa. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny, przejawiajaca sie w jej rysunku, motywach zdobniczych oraz ich ukladzie nadajacym jej oryginalny wyglad. Wzór tkaniny obiciowej charakteryzuje sie powtarzalnoscia motywu na calej dlugosci tkaniny. Wzór wedlug odmiany drugiej (Fig. 3) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach brazu, bezu, rudosci. Wzór wedlug odmiany trzeciej (Fig. 4) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, czerwieniu, bordo. Wzór wedlug odmiany czwartej (Fig. 5) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, zieleni. Wzór wedlug odmiany piatej (Fig. 6) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, bieli, szarosci. Wzór wedlug odmiany szóstej (Fig. 7) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, turkusu, niebieskiego. Wzór wedlug odmiany siódmej (Fig. 8) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, rózu, rózowego w odcieniach fioletu. Wzór wedlug odmiany ósmej (Fig. 9) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, brazu,czerni. Wzór wedlug odmiany dziewiatej (Fig. 10) charakteryzuje sie kolorem tkaniny w odcieniach bezu, czerni, szarosci, ciemnej zieleni. 2Cechami istotnymi tkaniny obiciowej jest jej powtarzajacy sie wzór skladajacy sie ze stylizowanych róznej wielkosci prostokatów o róznych odcieniach oraz przecinajacych je linii. Wzór sprawia wrazenie asymetrii. Tlo wzoru tkaniny jest niejednolite kolorystycznie, stwarza wrazenie melanzu w odmianach bezowego. Calosc tworzy oryginalna kompozycje. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, decorative motifs, and their arrangement, giving it a unique appearance. The pattern of an upholstery fabric is characterized by the repetition of the motif along the entire length of the fabric. The pattern according to the first variant (Fig. 2) is characterized by a fabric color in shades of beige and brown. The second pattern (Fig. 3) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of brown, beige, and red. The third pattern (Fig. 4) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, red, and burgundy. The fourth pattern (Fig. 5) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige and green. The fifth pattern (Fig. 6) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, white, and gray. The sixth pattern (Fig. 7) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, turquoise, and blue. The seventh pattern (Fig. 8) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, pink, and pink with shades of purple. The eighth pattern (Fig. 9) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, brown, and black. The pattern according to the ninth variant (Fig. 10) is characterized by fabric colors in shades of beige, black, gray, and dark green. The essential features of the upholstery fabric are its repeating pattern consisting of stylized rectangles of various sizes in various shades and intersecting lines. The pattern creates an impression of asymmetry. The background of the fabric pattern is non-uniform in color, creating an impression of a melange in the beige variants. The whole creates an original composition.
